The outfit I bought arrived very timely

The outfit I bought arrived very quickly unfortunately, the item did not work for me and I had to return it. Sindra was most helpful in getting my refund when I could not find another item to exchange.

Highly recommended

I’ve got to admit that using a link from Facebook had me a little worried. With msglamor the service has been outstanding. An issue with the colour of an item was resolved without any issues and to my advantage. I have been communicating with Al and she has been amazing, kind, courteous and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend. Thank you msglamor and in particular Al.

Extremely happy with the clothes

Extremely happy with the clothes, I have purchased. However the pants were to big and I asked for an exchange. This was an easier procedure than buying the items
Very happy and the customer service was awesome.

Great company to deal with…

I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. They arrived promptly. The quality was lovely, exactly as pictured. I had to exchange one of the dresses for a larger size ( my error) and this process was so easy. I communicated with Sindra and she was extremely helpful
I would definitely buy from this company again. The dresses are beautiful and the customer service is excellent 👌

Just as pictured. Quality top notch

I ordered four totally different dresses. Two for myself, one for my mum and one for my sister in law for a wedding we have coming up. Quality is top notch, exactly as pictured and described. Sizing is quite exact, no room for error. Go a size up if you are bigger busted. But this will be my go to website for any special occasion or just to treat myself. You will not be disappointed

Excellent! Great customer service,communication (Sindra ), shipping tracking and receiving. I ordered the twin set 3/12 and received it 3/20. It’s lovely, well constructed and substantial material, there are no loose sequins or threads

Prompt service

Late Thursday night I ordered a dress online from Msglamour. The payment was made. The next morning (Friday) I decided I didn’t want that dress, so I emailed Msglamour to cancel my order. By early Saturday morning the refund was back in my account. Very prompt service. Thank you.

I received my order

I received my order. The dress & shrug were beautiful, just like the picture they advertise, but sad for me it was too small. I emailed the company & they got back to me very fast & are sending me the next size.I can't wait to get it . Arle is handling the exchange for me. sizing was poor

sizing was poor. They sent a replacement but am still waiting on tracking and it was sent four days ago. I need it for my holiday so if it comes after 13th you may as well keep it

I ordered a dress for my daughters…

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, in the size I thought would fit, it did not. I contacted Msglamor to exchange for a larger size. I had to send the item back at thier cost, and once they received it, they sent out the exchange. It fit perfectly.

I ordered some pants but they were far to long for me, so I emailed to see if I could return them, the response was quick and very helpful. Trying to return!!!

I am having a terrible time trying desperately to return an item within the return period and have followed all instructions and sent the verification picture and order number 3 times now and I keep getting the same reply asking for the same information again and still have not received a return label. Now the time period almost lapsed and still have not received the return label. I did everything correctly and they are going to make me lose the refund because of their poor customer service.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I have not one bad word to say about Msglamor. I ordered the Floral Sheer Chiffon Shrug & Floral Chiffon Evening Gown in ‘L’ which arrived promptly. I received emails notifying me of when it was en route. Unfortunately, although I loved the style and material, it was too big so I requested a smaller size via email. The customer services personnel responded the next day and a smaller size was shipped and has now been delivered which is perfect. I would, without doubt, order from Msglamor again.
