I have been using mrsite for over 7 years and one point had 6 websites with them. Easy to use, and their customer services and support team have always been exceptionally helpful.
Recently merged two domains which caused an issue with emails, spoke to Athanas on live chat solved sorted and upgraded as a gesture of goodwill. He was efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful

I hadn't heard of Mr Site until a new client engaged my services to do a website update using their product. I have to say that I have been very impressed both with the ease of use and with their excellent support. The phone is answered quickly and no matter how many questions I have they are happy to answer them all, even providing email addresses for more direct contact.
They didn't know this, but I have been looking for a new host for some of my existing clients who are artists and need something more flexible so I'm going to recommend that they move to Mr Site. Thanks guys.

The team at Mr Site were so helpful. I dealt with four different people over the space of a week and each one, without fail, explained how to solve my problems as they arose. They were exceedingly prompt too.
I have had experiences with other companies and Mr Site is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone.
Can I just add that one drawback of taking out a new domain was that I was inundated with emails trying to sell web designs. I even had 2 phone calls. I do not believe it was anything to do with Mr Site, just that a new domain had been registered and the vultures were ready to pounce.

After a week of difficulty with a different hosting provider, Mr Site has been amazing at assisting with the domain and getting it to work, Athanas on chat help has been incredibly patient and helpful.
I would definitely recommend Mr Site's fantastic customer service team!
At long last our site is working thanks to them!

That was the fastest response I've ever had from an online support request. The time was almost as quick as some phone support from other companies

I have just started working on my first website and the level of service is incredible. AWFUL.
I have had so many problems with this site. I run an online shop & the site seems down all the time so you cannot log in or edit your website. Live chat do try to help but I now haven't been able to access my site to edit it for 3 days now with no answers from Mr Site.
Mr Site Pro is cheap but there is a reason for this, I would pay more and use a better package. I will be transferring my domain asap (they will even charge me £15 for this) and using Wix or Create.net

The build option on the site has been down for days. Cannot update my site. They have no idea when it will be fixed!!! Seems to be issues quite often.

Our website is for a registered charity and we have an important event in coming weeks. We are missing an important advertising opportunity that will cost the charity a lot of money. Really dissapointing!!
