I booked the Urbania for my office tour with Mr Singh Cab, and all my colleagues were super impressed. Luxury seating, AC worked perfectly, and the ride was very safe.

While the car was clean and the driver courteous, he went the longest way possible at a cost of $75. I am 72 and a pensioner so I was horrified, especially when I know a direct route from the airport to my property. Very disappointing as I consider 😕 a taxi driver knows their way around Ch Ch without relying on goggle maps.

We recently booked a Toyota Innova Hycross taxi with Mr. Singh Cab for our trip from Chandigarh to Himachal, and we had a fantastic experience.

The cab was brand new, clean, and very comfortable, which made our long journey through the hills smooth and enjoyable. Our driver was extremely professional, polite, and well-versed with the routes—especially the tricky mountain roads.

We just caught a taxi from the airport to our hotel on Cashell st. with Mr Sing as the driver.
All was going well until we got to the T intersection that said city to the left but instead he decided to go to the right. This took us around Hagley oval and a lot more traffic lights. Adding to the cost of the fare.
How to get at a tourist like us.
We won't be using his taxi company again.

We recently had a trip to manali and amritsar. We booked Mr Singh cab from chandigarh. Very nicely maintained taxi and decent driver was provided.
But we took by surprise in manali when we came to know that our Innova taxi will not go to solang valley as it is not 4x4. When we booked the tour package, solang valley was part of our package. But we had to paid extra Rs. 6000/- for 4x4 vehicle for solang valley from manali.
My point is when they know that innova vehicle will not go to solang valley then why to mislead the tourist by including in the package. And if they have included then they should only arrange the ongoing 4x4 vehicle.

Very disappointed...

My suggestion is to take 4x4 from chandigarh itself.

Mr.Singh cab service is best. Its owner Harpreet Singh came with us. Good driving skills knows all routes. Vehicles are in good condition. Overall I had a good experience. I would recommend Mr.Singh Cab service.
