I ordered a cabin bed for my daughters birthday. Phoned the company to check delivery times and asked if it could possibly be delivered before her birthday which was just under 2 weeks away. Spoke to 2 people who were extremely helpful and polite.
Received an email the next day to say my order had been processed and a phone call from the delivery man the following day to say he could deliver it the next day!
Order arrived at specified time, well packaged. The instructions were straight forward and the bed was assembled without any problems. Sturdy, quality product which myself and my daughter are very happy with.
Would use this company again and recommend without hesitation!

Ordered a mid sleeper at 18:30 Wednesday expecting a wait of a couple of weeks for delivery. Received a call the next day and had the bed by 18:30! A very helpful and polite delivery driver who carried the boxes into the hallway for me.
The bed itself is excellent quality and very sturdy. My children love it.
Would definitely recommend mrsflatpack.co.uk and use them again 😃

i ordered a highsleeper bed for my daughter [on Tuesday] and prepared her for a 2-3 week wait for delivery, as stated on the website, and having ordered furniture online before i would not have been surprised if it took even longer.
I was extremely surprised and pleased when a couple of days later i received an email to let me know delivery would be that weekend [4 days after placing the order] - and that the driver would contact me to confirm this [which he did].
When i put the bed up on Saturday i found one of the pieces was wrong and my heart sank - i wrote an email to explain and told my daughter that hopefully it would get sorted/replaced by the following weekend and was really hoping it would
I phoned mrsflatpack on Monday [it did take a couple of attempts to get through and again i did start to worry] - but when i got through to Jamie, i think ? i was informed that my email had already been received/read - and a replacement part was being sent out for next day delivery and that i had been sent an email to confirm this - Jamie was very friendly, very helpful and also appologised for the problem.
And as promised the next day [Tuesday] the replacement part was received and the bed was completed
I have honestly been so very impressed by both the quality of the bed and the high level of customer service [hence my review] its actually been a pleaseure all round dealing with mrsflatpack -
These beds are very well made and the fixings are top-notch - having assembled a number of flat pack furniture over the years the quality of the instructions and the fixings and how they are used [if that makes sense ?] is probably the best i have experienced - even down to metal handles for doors/drawers instead of the standard plastic ones that are supplied with the majority of flatpacks these days.

I highly recommend this company and would like to thank them for all-round fantastic service and a great product - my daughter is very happy with her new bed.

I ordered the Oxford High Sleeper for my son along with the deluxe mattress. Delivery didn't take anywhere near as long as I had expected. My order arrived in less than 5 working days. The quality looks very good and although I've yet to assemble the bed, I'm impressed with the value for money this all-in-one bedroom set represents. I would highly recommend this company to others. Thanks MrsFlatpack, and in particular to Lesley who was very reassuring about delivery.

I ordered a midi bed for my son and was told it could take up to 15 days to arrive and was given a delivery date the next day. The driver kept us informed and could not make it due to brake failure but text us a day later with a new delivery date which was one week after I ordered it.

The instructions were clear and it was up in no time.

I checked out the reviews on this site just after I'd made my order for a Lifestyle sleeper bed.

And after reading some comments doubts crept in. I needn't have worried. I ordered the bed on-line on Tues 3rd Feb . I received two emails- one confirming the order and one informing me that it might take up to 3 weeks delivery. Fair enough.

I rang up just over a week later to get a delivery progress report and was told it would be delivered that weekend. I received a phone message from the company 2 days later confirming this. And it was! The delivery driver ( Kevin) phoned me on Friday night to tell me he would arrive next day- Saturday. He also phoned on Sat morning to tell me he would be there within a couple of hours. Thanks Kevin.

The bed is in three very large boxes. Three very heavy boxes. I took out the parts downstairs and carried them upstairs part by part as I didn't relish getting a hernia.

Unlike some of the record breakers who state it takes only a couple of hours to assemble I admit it took about 8 hours in total to put together, but I wasn't in a rush- had many tea breaks- and the brilliant instructions which are very clear, still take a bit of getting your head around.

Everything fitted. Every whole was drilled in exactly the right place. The only grouse I had was that the plastic bags containing the screws, pins, plugs etc and instructions were just pushed in one of the three boxes. POLITE SUGGESTION- might it be better to put the screws etc in a box within one of the boxes to keep them together- as one of the plastic container bags was nearly thrown out with the packaging. Also it might help customers if the company label the box containing these and more importantly the instructions so we know which box to open first. But these are really trifling concerns.

Once assembled the bed is very heavy- it's very solidly made so I very wisely assembled it close to where it was going to be placed.

Overall. Excellent service- Communications were better than most other companies I've had orders with.

The bed is sturdy, attractive and very practical and my little girl loves it.

Ordered a highsleeper bed for my daughter, been waiting 4 weeks for delivery, when we paid over £50 for delivery! (Ikea will deliver you a whole truck load within 14 days for £35)

Sent numerous emails advised we had to wait at least 20 working days before delivery, now we are being ignored, the main number on the website is constantly on hold.

Dont know if we will get the bed or our money back, total joke!

Received a call end of last week to say delivery would be in the morning between 9.30 and 10.30. It was. Really helpful driver put it in the garage.

Opened the boxes yesterday to find all parts, no damage and a good set of instructions.

Put Oxford High Bed together in about 4 hours.

Ordered a mattress from this company 25 days ago and am still awaiting delivery. I emailed a couple times to ask about delivery and was never given a specific day or time. i emailed them on the 15th day and asked when delivery was and they confirmed delivery for my area would be the following week, waited in every day for the week with no delivery. Emailed them on the 21st day which was Friday and was told delivery would be on Tuesday and I would get a phone call on Monday to arrange a time. Well Monday was yesterday and low and behold there was no phone call, emailed them last night and still haven't received a reply where on other occasions I received a reply quite quickly. Today is Tuesday and still haven't received anything. All i keep getting is sorry for any inconvenience caused, well yes it is a inconvenience as my daughter can't sleep in her bed until this mattress arrives.

To start with I was fairly happy with Mrsflatpack. Ok, I did not get informed 24 hours before delivery, it was 3 hours before. I had no plans so not a massive issue. I ordered 2 gamma beds and a Junita corner wardrobe.
I assembled 1 of the beds on the day they were delivered and was happy with the product. It took a while to assemble but overall the instructions were clear and concise.
The next day I unpacked the 2nd bed. I only has 3 bases for the 4 drawers. Again, not a massive problem, a bit annoying but mistakes happen!

The wardrobe is a completely different story. A damaged plinth with a big split in it, one of the wardrobe sides has damage and both wardrobe doors are damaged on the outside. There is no way that any of the damage could be hidden......the doors wee both damaged on the outside.
So, I gave them a call and got exactly the response I was after. "We are so sorry about this" etc. I was advised that they could dispatch the missing drawer base that day and that they would send replacements for the damaged parts.
That was 1 week ago. I did not receive the drawer base even though I was told it had been sent on the day I phoned them. They will not commit to any delivery date or even an estimate. I have phoned them today, before 5 pm to be told that they have all gone home. Not sure who the person was who answered the phone but she advised that my parts have not yet been manufactured!!!!!! Seriously, I would expect any decent company to make it a priority to get damaged good replaces ASAP.

Not happy at all and fear that this is not going to be sorted anytime soon!!!

It is such a shame because if they had sorted this sooner I am sure my review would have been a four/five star rating.


UPDATE.......... About 2 hours after posting this yesterday I had a phone call from Leslie at Mrsflatpack.
She listened to all the issues I had and assured me that she was going to do her very best to get the replacement parts to me today. She could not apologise enough. She phoned me again this morning to discuss again and advised me that one of there employees was going to bring these parts to my house on his way home from work. We discussed times that I would be out of my house, due to prior commitments.

True to her word, my parts have just been delivered by a very apologetic man, who was very polite and helpful. The replacement parts are damage free.

If it was not for Leslie at Mrsflatpack, my rating would stay as a 1 star. However, I can not praise her enough for going out of her way to resolve this quickly and efficiently for me. That is all I wanted in the first place, someone to resolve the issue as soon as possible. It is just a shame that it took me posting a negative review for this to be resolved.



Due to Leslie, I am revising my rating to a 3 star.

Having read the review of this company online, it seemed this company was one of the better individual companies to deal with. (prices are not cheap, but cost isn't always the overriding factor for me)

However having tried unsuccessfully to order several times online due to their payment pages being less than user friendly I gave up. A representative from this company duly phoned to see why I hadn't placed my order.

(please note this was the only time the company bothered to contact me and it was to chase to see if I was still going to purchase)

As my daughter had her heart set on this bed I reluctantly proceeded with the order.

However since ordering I have had to ring the company 3 times to chase my order.

The third time they told me the delay was beacuse of problems with the machinery and my daughter is going to need to wait for a further week before the bed can be delivered.

As a gesture of goodwill and the fact that they had not informed me I asked if they could refund part of the delivery cost to which they responded by saying it is not in their policy.

The money is not the issue but the overall experience of not being kept informed of delays to delivery and the fact they took the time to chase payment but could not take the time to inform me meant I was left feeling this company is only interesting in getting your money and the rest of the service is not a priority.

I am yet to receive the stated goods, but needless to say I will be posting again to provide an update on the quality and timeliness of the product I ordered.

Nothing was too much trouble when I made enquiries about ordering a cabin bed with tight restrictions on delivery days.
The cabin bed instructions have been easy to follow and has led to a fantastic sturdy bed for my son.
Can not thank Linda and Jade enough for all of their help.

When ordering any self assembly flatpack furniture online always comes with some worry of missing bits, screws not lining up etc..as well as wether the item is exactly what it appears.

Any doubts are first reassured when you get a series of emails to let you know your order has been processed. Up to delivery, you are kept informed all the way.

Got a call from the courier the day before and all was delivered the next morning.

We ordered a kids high sleeper and must say have been very impressed with everything. The bed is of highest quality, well packaged. No damages or missing pieces.

Assembling it took me a whole day as I was on my own doing it, but the instructions were easy laid out. Every screw fitted, every panel fitted and the end results are fantastic.

The bed is excellent and would recommend Mrs Flatpack in a heart beat, Will definitely use again

I wanted a good quality cabin bed for my daughters room, so went online to discover Mrs Flatpack, beds looked in fabulous condition! And reasonably priced! Made a purchase and order was delivered very quickly! I had to wait a few months to assemble as we was refurbishing my daughters room! When we assembled one of the door handles didn't fit as to it being drilled wrong, so I emailed them, within 2 days the new door was delivered! Perfect after care, would recommend to anyone looking for beds to go here first! Outstanding service! :)

Brought a caulder high bed from here over the internet which was excellent and easy to use, received it with in a week which was brilliant. Checked all parts as it said to do and found that one of the panels was damaged, got straight on the phone expecting a fight to get a replacement but was told it would be sent straight out and received it two days later, put the bed together that weekend and had trouble getting the doors to fit, couldn't adjust the hinges as when I did the adjustment screw fell out, so again I was on the phone and again they were absolutely brilliant and got replacement hinges out to me fast and efficiently, they fitted brilliantly, my son loves his new bed.
We are so pleased with the bed it is solid and just what we were looking at a great price.

But for me it is the after care service that I can't fault, any problems we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and with a manner and professionalism that you rarely find these days, I dealt with the same person all the time and if he couldn't answer my issues then and there he went away found out and got straight back to me, either over the phone or via and email.

I ordered a Cambridge and Rutland bed for my daughters on a Friday. A week later, I received a text to say the beds would be delivered the following day along with a 2 hour delivery time window. Next morning I received another text from the driver saying he would deliver between 11 and 12. True to his word he arrived at 11.15!! The delivery driver was pleasant and friendly despite having to carry lots of heavy boxes single handedly!! Next came the assembly. I have to admit for the price, I had expected the bed panels to be flimsy and cheap. I couldn't have been more wrong. The wood was solid and of good quality. The instructions in picture form were easy to read, all the bed panels were clearly labelled and the pre drilled holes were where they should be and all matched up! It took four of us a whole day to assemble each bed. My daughters and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend. Thank you Mrs Flatpack!

Ordered the pink Calder cabin bed on the Sunday, got a phone call on the Tuesday from the delivery driver to say they would be delivering the bed on the following day (Wednesday) between 10.30am and 12.00pm, it arrived at 10.40am!! We put the bed up on the Saturday however we had a problem with the drawer fronts so on the Sunday evening we e-mailed them to explain the problem we had, we got an e-mail back the following morning acknowledging the e-mail and saying our problem would be passed on to the relevant department, then on the following day (Tuesday) replacement drawer fronts arrived!! We could not have asked for a more efficient and speedy service. The bed took a few hours to put up however the quality is excellent and our daughter loves it. Thank you Mrs Flatpack!!

We purchased a Cambridge High Sleeper and mattress from this company. Ordering was very easy via the internet which had lots of information regards sizes, colour etc. Delivery was very quick and the bed arrived 5 days after ordering. The delivery company contacted me via phone the day before delivery to give us an approximate time of arrival. As we were in close contact we were also able to change to the delivery address to a more convenient one. The driver was very pleasant and put all the packages exactly where we requested and they all arrived in a good condition. We will not be able to put the bed together until the end of the March 2014, when our daughter and her family move to a new house, and we will post another review concerning how well the construction goes!!

i order a bed and wardrobe they took around 3 weeks to deliver when we opened the wardrobe we found it was a chest of draws , we contacted mrs flatpack on friday and was told it would be delivered again monday , on monday we waited in all day as they couldnt give us a time there was no delivery when we contacted them again they didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing i was told they would find my delivery and track where it was however when i was called back then told me it haddnt yet even left and that it wouldnt be delivered till thursday i explained that i couldnt have another day off work as i had already waited for two deliveries she then put me through to the rudest woman i have ever spoke to, she explained that it isnt 5-15 days they have to deliver a item like it states on there website but that its 20 working days to deliver and as it was only 18 working days it was tough and it was going to be delivered on the 20th working day so there was nothing they would do i could neither be in or miss delivery then have to wait again she stated that there was nothing to apologize for and that its 20 working day to make sure if there was any missing pieces or the wrong item that it would still all be there in 20 days despite the fact that this was now the 3rd delivery day i had waited in for ,its so upsetting that this lady has ruined what i feel could be a great business to buy from i would never speak to my customers in this way and i have to add i was never rude just i wanted a delivery time after work which i think after 3 deliveries was a reasonable suggestion

Looked good on Internet, was told Will deliver to your area when van full, so i agreed a date, anyway it turned up. Pieces were missing and incorrectly drilled, possible manufactured wrong, 1 panel got damaged because of this, I contacted the store, the girl I spoke to didn't seem to have a clue, but did try, but left me absolutely frustrated, hopefully will be sorted out, I just got peeved off because I was pushed for time in building it.. but they are a good bed, that's why It makes me split about my feelings. .. UPDATE, replacement parts personally delivered within 48 hours, all fixed and finished, shame it happened, but at least it's now sorted, company committed to resolving my issue, So pleased with that
