Spent plenty of money with Mr Marvis…
Spent plenty of money with Mr Marvis but as soon as I had an issue with the way Terry polo looked after it had its first wash they didn’t want to know and refused a replacement, I’d paid £89 which is not an insignificant amount of money for a polo top especially when I had followed the washing instructions properly.

Have been a customer for around 2 years…
Have been a customer for around 2 years now and the quality of their clothing is amazing, considering the price point compared to some designers. Have shorts, polos, chinos, in a variety of colours, and they all wash well, keep their size and haven’t faded at all. Extremely comfortable and great material. Customer service is on point as well with me today delivery and free returns. One of my favourite clothes brands. 👍🏻

No response from customer when I requested an address change for delivery within 10 minutes of order

Great to hear that you placed an order with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an address after placing an order because our warehouse is automated. In this case we would advise to submit a request with the carrier via the tracking link to have the parcel delivered at a nearby pick-up location.

Terrible sizing
Terrible sizing, you need to order at least a size up and even then they are tight. The product is very basic, not worth anything like £90. Returns take a long time. Will not be buying again. Dont beleive the instgram hype and pretty marketing.
