Have had boiler services from Martin for quite a few years. I've always found him to be a fantastic guy - very knowledgeable, reliable and thorough in his work.

Can't recommend Martin and this company enough. We are new to the area, boiler hadn't been serviced for some time. Martin was right on time, a very tidy workman. Was very clear with what he was doing (I like to take an interest), an very reasonable price as well, refreshing in an age of every increasing prices. Great service, a very happy customer ahead of the winter :)

Very professional. Full boiler install with shower conversion. Quick to quote and a realistic/reasonable price. Excellent communication, Martin checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the works. James and Rich are both assets to this business and were professional at all times. Nothing was an issue, if there were any issues they were solved without a fuss and they did everything we asked as well as making recommendations to make things look better. Will be using to service boiler going forward.

No nonsense job. Happy to talk about what he's doing, happy to advise on possible replacement plans, won't go down the "well it's OK but you REALLY need a new one" route. Easy to talk to, calls ahead if running a bit behind, prompt issuing of gas cert. Nothing to grumble about, have used him for years.

Martin and his team are great job was predicted to take two days and it was done with in two days with no problems to report. Cost was very reasonable in comparison to some quote we had. He even pointed out that British gas had not completed our last service correctly and to get them back to do it with no attempt to sell his service.

We had a frustrating intermittent issue with our boiler that Martin managed to diagnose and repair. Even when the correct replacement part turned out to be incorrect due to a supplier error he sorted the issue asap.
