Initial assessment. A quality product installed by a quality company.
Informative and knowledgable assessment of our boiler requirements by Martin.
Limitations to size of boiler in relation to pipe size and distance from meter discussed and explained.
Fitter (John?) Excellent, a pleasure to communicate with, neat, tidy work, altered pipework as requested by Martin.
A visit by Martin to discuss progress during the fitting was appreciated.
Arrangements for commissioning of boiler, discussed, arranged and carried out without any problems.
Martin also showed us how to restore the air bubble in the unventilated tank, without extra charge.
Quotation, Invoice, billing and payment excellent. Payment only required after commissioning completed.
Registration of product done by Mr Heat and Worcester Bosch.
A stress less process from initial contact to completion.

We've used Mr Heat for a few years now to carry out our Landlord's Gas Certificates, and he has always been helpful & accomodating, even when dealing with uncooperative tenants, and having to travel good distances to get to the properties. Would we recommend him? Without a doubt.
