A few months ago, I decided to purchase an EA from MQLBlue.
After many disappointing experiences with other providers, I had reached the point where I told myself: this would be the last EA I would ever put my trust in.
I started very cautiously. Contrary to the developer’s advice, I chose to run it directly on a live account, not on demo, using a small start lot of 0.01 on a modest account.
To my genuine surprise, the Big Forex Player EA did exactly what it was designed to do: generate consistent profits. No hype, no unrealistic promises, just solid, disciplined trading logic that actually works in real market conditions.
The results spoke for themselves. The EA behaved calmly, responsibly, and in line with its strategy. Risk management felt well thought out, and trades made sense.
Today, I am running five EAs from MQLBlue.
That fact alone says everything.

This person was blackmailing us. We reported everything to Trustpilot, but he keeps adding a negative review again and again. Unfortunately, there are people who buy a robot on MQL5 and then blackmail the seller to get a refund and continue using the robot, because they know the seller cannot cancel the purchase. I am sharing my personal experience so other users can make an informed decision.
I purchased the Big Forex Players MT5 EA based on the very high ratings and positive reviews shown on the sales page. Backtests performed according to the user manual initially appeared promising. However, once the EA was used under real market conditions (demo and comparable live environments), the results were consistently negative.
When I contacted support, I was asked to share my parameters and was then provided with alternative set files. Unfortunately, these new parameter sets also produced losses. At this stage, I believed I was receiving normal technical support.
The situation changed after I expressed my dissatisfaction publicly. Continued technical support was made conditional on removing my negative review, and additional low-value EAs were offered as an incentive. This created a strong impression that positive ratings are being encouraged in exchange for support, while critical feedback is discouraged.
As a result, the overall rating no longer feels like a reliable reflection of real user outcomes. New customers may reasonably assume that the system performs consistently in real trading, while in my experience this was not the case.
I am not accusing anyone of illegal activity. I am simply describing what I personally experienced as a paying customer. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious, request verifiable live performance, and carefully evaluate how reviews and ratings are formed before purchasing.

Communication is slow and unhelpful. Email support barely responds, and Telegram support only provides excuses instead of real solutions.
