They ask for quite a few documents but they can be uploaded easily and fast. They respond quick and deliver quick. Also they say 2 working days but it is often faster. To recommend for people for fast (not to big amount 1k-10k) loan. Great (customer) service !! +++

I recommend Mozzeno, Fast service and Positive experience aslong you complete you requirements, ready for your E-ID, its me and computer. Many times i rejected with other Loan but mozzeno is so fast and no many asking what im gonna do this my loan , and so much helping, they're friendly in conversation/ telephone and fast and corret handling all your file, and its real no scam. so dont hesitate to come this mozzeno its very satisfied and better for the borrower. Thank you so much Mozzeno. 5 star for me. i start friday July 11/12 need to complete your file but theyre close saturday and sunday, and i got them call july 15 and they inform to me that the money is on my account. And july 16 i got the money. Top!!!!

Unrealistic demands, lack transparency, they ask specific methods and when you finally do them they still find it not enough. They want transparency but refuse to give it and numerous people contact you without addressing the issue. The always claim that they want to avoid fraudulent activity and to avoid falsifying documents, therefore insinuating that you falsify documents! We have launched a official complaint with the government. They also refuse to tell who has or had access to the confidential documents! They ask for specific ways to upload your documents you follow their instructions and still it’s not enough. You are contacted by a number of people sometimes ignoring your comments. You get 2 phone calls and you explain the issue and the first one tells you they will give you a decision in 24 hours. They don’t and come back with a series of instructions. You confirm with person that we when the instructions are followed that it will be ok. But confirm that when it still fails you want to stop the loan application. 2 days later they ask for additional information and ignored our instructions. We needed another 3 mails to make sure that they destroyed our documents and that the documents are not used or viewed by third parties. We emailed the CEO but he didn’t found it worthy to reply! The Spanish Inquisition is less stressful than their impossible demand. We have asked the authorities to investigate. We can get a loan faster and easier without the constant insinuations that there could be fraudulent activities.
We have read the remarks by Mozzeno and they hold no water. It’s digital but even when you precisely follow their instructions it doesn’t work. And there are numerous people complaining! We got a loan in 2 hours with less documentation and cheaper than mozzeno! We communicate with the government and with it’s me ( like we did for mozzeno) and no problem only for Mozzeno it doesn’t work( their version). Our advice not to sacrifice your time and effort , there is better and easier!
