Not a move out standard

I ordered a move-out cleaning from this company, and they confirmed that cleaning the curtains, sofa, bed, and outer window of the living room would be included in the price. They gave me a guarantee of 48 hours to return if I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning. However, they didn't clean to the move-out standard, the curtains, sofa, bed and window were not cleaned. They demanded additional money to complete the cleaning. However they came back and offered a free cleaning, but two days later, which I couldn't do as it was needed asap and I had to find another company.
