Tried to upsell me on every little thing, told me that Google Fiber was not available in my area, even though it was.

Move Concierge helped set up my internet, home security and electricity.
They gave recommendations to pest control and water filtration.
It has made the process of moving into a new home much more enjoyable and stress free.

Vanessa was great. It was nice to have a single source solution.

Ben Frazier has been with me through numerous phone calls to explain and help me through this entire process. Thank you Ben!

Samantha was great with working with my schedule. She explained everything thoroughly, took all my needs into consideration, and came up with the best solutions / utilities for what my family was looking for.

Never expected this kind of service. I recently moved to the US and moved straight into an apartment where my utilities was included in the rent. Now that I am to move into my own home I was oblivious as to how I go about getting utilities connected. I was extremely happy when Kevin called me and told me this was a Free service offered. He was very professional , friendly, warm, understanding, had a wealth of knowledge to steer me into which service provider to choose. Thank you again

I think it was really a waste of time. The ad says “make one call” which isn’t true. The only thing Move did was connect internet and then put my number in a bunch of sales lists. I still had to call all the utilities myself. No discounts and lots of calls. This is presented as a benefit that really isn’t one at all.

Move Concierge was such an excellent service! I had Cole, who helped me so much and explained every little thing that we were confused about. Being first time home buyers, he made the process such a breeze and hassle free. All of our utilities were set up and figured out once we got off the initial phone call. It made the buying process a lot easier not having to worry about those things.

Bait and switch. Free connection turned into a bunch of undiscussed reoccurring contracts. We did not discuss a home warranty or an on-going electrical service evaluator. This was clearly not in my interest because a tenant will be assuming the electrical service in June. Why would I want a contract to continually evaluate electrical service on a rental? Be careful if you use these guys.

Mr. Ben Frazier was amazing; personable and quite professional. He was extremely helpful; listened to my questions; concerns; needs and provided invaluable answers.

David, my move concierge has the best personality, you can hear the smile in his voice each and every time we spoke. He made sure I knew I could call him anytime with questions or concerns. David is what customer service should be. 5 stars
