it is a very nice feature that you do not have a minimum order like some of the other online stores. I need 8 Aptive series 150 cavity plugs, i bought 25 just because they are cheap. the other places have a minimum order of 100 pieces and/or $35. They're not shipping my orders, useless customer support
They're not shipping my orders. More than 9 days passed and still haven't shipped my order. All items are stocked. Made another order, they still don't ship it even though they announce "Same-Day Shipment". Customer support is useless and just there to lie to you, they say they'll check with warehouse, that they'll escalate it, and contact you via email, which never happens.

I am a production planner for an OEM, and I recommend you avoid Mouser.
I am a production planner for an OEM, so we use Mouser a lot. Or rather, we did use them a lot in years prior, but my team and I will now avoid using them as much as possible, if not entirely. They have had our account locked up for weeks because of unpaid invoices from a different team in a different country. Their customer service team has not responded to a single of the 6 messages I have sent them over the past few weeks to resolve this. Honestly I could go more into how terrible they have treated our business, but I don't want to waste anymore time on them.

What's with the tariff charge
What's with the tariff charge? Everything I'm buying "ships now" so it makes no sense that there would be an import charge triggered by my purchase. Feels like you are just trying to recoup your tariff costs.

I ordered a component on the 3rd, with an estimated delivery date of the 12th, but it arrived on the 6th. The order processing was very fast and the delivery was excellent. I have nothing negative to say — maybe the shipping cost is a bit high, but considering the distance and how quickly it arrived, it’s definitely worth it
