There was a problem with credit card input, first time didn't accept the card (Master Card) and I had to repeat the whole procedure again.

Some random person had all my card information and could use them if they wanted. Needed to cancel all my cards because of this
EDIT: Answer to the seller
The person from your company called me and read me all my card information - card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV code which means that they have access to my personal info and can use it for their own gain. I wonder who else can see and, if they feel like it, use my card for their own purposes. Just because my payment wasn't successful at the time does not mean that anybody can see my payment info. If I didn't answer the phone, I was probably working at the time and couldn't answer.
EDIT 2: Dear Dejan, where are you getting info that the "card" had no funds? This is your assumption to minimise the problem we are having here. You are saying it's ok to have access to my card information?

Dear Mrs. Vukmanic, I apologize for hearing that. We facilitate more than 60.000 clients per year without any problems or fraud. Only to Kranjska Gora we have facilitated 4904 clients in that past 12 months. You have booked your holidays on our website with the credit card that had 0,00 € funds on it. That is why, we have cancelled your booking. Occusing MountVacation as a fraud is really unfair and misleading for everyone reading this. I have even called you personally to see how can I help you, but you didn't pickup the phone and you haven't called me our MountVacation back.
EDIT: the person who called you was a person dealing with the payment issues. That is why you have been called from our team member. In order to keep our satisfaction ratio with our customers high, we don't cancel immediately the booking even if there are no funds on it. If the funds would be on the card, you wouldn't be called and card wouldn't be visible. Using a card without funds when ordering a service is not a correct behavior anyway, I am sure you agree with that.
Your booking is cancelled free of charge and the details have been deleted after the cancellation has been done.
