I really like Mountain Warehouse. Their clothes are good quality and very reasonable prices. Also, customer service including communication and returns are excellent in my experience. My only proviso is that their clothes come very large so I had to return items and re-order smaller sizes.

Recieved damaged product. Now I have to Uber to return. I only decided to order as shipping is free. Then was directed to pay $10 to return to get a replacement. The price is cheaper to purchase now which would make it better but told store pricing isn't the same and new code doesn't work in store.

Ventura 40L black ruck sack. the product does not match pictures you have on amazon or mountain warehouse site. This must be either manufactured fault or you not updated the photos. On amazon and mountain own site both show left and ride side pocket. It only has one left side pocket. This is the third one I bought. Two exchanged at your store same problem. I bought this based on your picture and your belated customer service response stating had two side pockets. took chance. same issue. What is going on. False advertising! This is now using more petrol more time to return a rucksack i need but does not match the description! Waste of time

Great customer service. The zip broke on my son’s coat, they offer a 12 month warranty and arranged a replacement quickly. I didn’t have my order number but their customer service on the chat found it quickly with some other details

The costumer service rep was helpful and heard me, but the resolution was still unsuccessful. Still confused how a promo code is provided in the mail doesn’t ever work and the rep even gave me a new code and it didn’t work. I tried multiple items in the cart and it never worked.

Purchased a pair of hiking boots. They were the synthetic uppers and the thick Vibram soles. Was impressed with how lightweight and comfortable. I used them during the winter months 3 or 4 times a week to walk my dogs. After one season the rubber toes started to come away from the main boot which forms part of the sole. This became a problem when ground shrubbery got stuck in the toe causing me to trip. Eventually the soles came away and I ended up throwing away an almost perfectly good pair of boots. I use the word good because I liked them. Poor quality glue is my assessment but ultimately you get what you pay for. One season for a cheap pair of boots isn't worth it. Replaced them with British made boots at twice the price and 5 times the quality.

Tracking shows my order delivery is today & tomorrow. 3 weeks since order placed. I was just notified via PayPal that 90 percent of my order was refunded! Poor communication! So I have merino bottoms & no top! I would never recommend your company. And I could have shopped elsewhere-I am so frustrated!!!!

One of the items ordered was missing from the parcel. Parcel had obviously been torn or vandalised as it had brown parcel tape over the torn area.
I notified Mountain Warehouse immediately. They were going send a replacement.
