Everything I bought was high quality and fit well.

I found the website frustrating. I am interested in knowing more about different straight leg jeans and I could not find an easy way to navigate to it. I also was frustrated that certain jeans said they weren't available but the waist and inseam I selected said they were.

Every time I went on a certain section the scroll locked. Pants, shirts, jeans. Didn't matter. Was very, very frustrating and I had to refresh many times. I loved the jeans I first bought in 2018, and was just trying to find some similar. Also, the fact that after checkout you offered additional apparel for 30-40% off the orig price on the website was very, very shady. Seems tons of margin you guys are haggling with.

I ordered a Crosby slim fit jean and it was very baggy for a slim fit. Also, I would prefer to get my money back instead I had to settle for a store credit and hope that I find something I like. Terrible customer experience and the fit of the product is not as good as it used to be.

I was disappointed with Mott & Bow’s exchange process. The pants I ordered didn’t fit, so I simply wanted to exchange them for the correct size. Unfortunately, trying to make that exchange ended up costing me additional money.

Customers shouldn’t be financially penalized for exchanging an item that doesn’t fit. An exchange should be a straightforward process—return the original item and receive the correct size without having to pay more in the process.

I like Mott & Bow’s products, but the exchange experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the company takes a closer look at its exchange policy and makes the process more customer-friendly. A good product should be backed by an equally good customer experience.

Online add stated I would get two tees free with purchase of six, shipment says there’s only six. EXPLAIN!

Ordering any paying went well.
Shipping status failed with a 401 error. I was able to enter the tracking number which opened USPS tracking. This is something you will need to look into.

I love the feel of these shirts, This is my second order, First order I had was XL, they run small in size, I had to reorder XXL to fit properly after washed. I wear a lot of Untuck shirts in L & XL depending on model. First time with Mott & Bow so I know now what to buy. Thanks

I like the cut and collar design of your product. Along with the material weight. Superior to RL brand which changed (shortened) their arm length cut to save coins I guess.

I was skeptical I could find a pair of jeans I was pleased with, but I think I found my new favorite brand.

It was fine until the end when you offered 30% off on a Marley V neck tshirt, I tried to accept it, but it said every color in a medium was unavailable, which seems probably wrong - and was a waste of time and frustrating

Shirts arrived as described. Very well constructed usually high quality cotton material. A little large (I normally wear a large, but medium was the better fit for me) especially sleeve length on long sleeve t-shirts.

I was trying to use a gift certificaTE And my VISA was charged.
Seems like a company that tries to invalidate the use of gift cards and I recommend that anyone trying to shop and order with a gift card use an outdated credit card so you will not be charged like I was

You have proper sizing available. Many companies don’t offer 33“ waist! Usually 32“ or 34“ which means you’re wearing a compromise.

Your site is not as easy to use. Descriptions are similar. Difficult to find the short T. Several are called marcy. I ended up ordering the marcy fitted it eas longer. The T-shirts fabric feels and looks wonderful but very thin. The white appears too sheer. My total with shipping tax i was $140 too expensive for 3 basic T shirts That was a special deal

The site is very difficult to maneuver and move around from screen to screen to compare products or check sizes. The check out screen is also difficult to complete at one time. I ended up going in and out of the site several times a day until I was finally able to complete my purchase.
