This was not the easiest shopping experience that I've ever had.
When trying to look at product on my Iphone, the site kept freezing up. I couldn't use the sizing assistant, it stuck at the point of getting my height and wouldn't move forward.
I went back later and pulled up the site on my PC. Still, the website would freeze up and wouldn't scroll in either direction. I used the sizing assistant, it suggested I need an XL for tee shirts and I read a note saying.....We'll use this size when you start looking. Not! That was an easy fix for me, but it would have been better if you just had an x or line through the styles/colors that weren't available in that size.

Everything went GREAT! Easy, fast and smooth.

3 pkg selection and discount. Original tees showing age in crew neck collars is disappointing.
Overall pricing still high for a tee.

Options for type, color and size were easily understood.

Website was easy to navigate.
I thought the t-shirts would be a bit softer and they did shrink a bit after one wash.
I do like the colors and will get some good use out of them.

Website made ordering easy.
Was straight forward.

Abril responded to our concern with the jeans with the frayed zipper promptly and after sending some pictures she arranged for shipment of a new pair. Will believe this great service once we received the new jeans.

Too difficult for non-gen z to navigate, I wanted to know difference between slim stone and Mercer, i couldn't ascertain that info. I had to ChatGPT it. Also, all these 10% off things but it just takes you to a site that talks about local brick and mortar? You ad something to a cart, go there, decide hey maybe buy something else and where is the go back button, icon? It's the worst site i've ever shopped on.

Returns are extremely inconvenient relative to other sites. I’m no longer interested in Mott and Bow despite liking the product

I received two pairs of jeans. While I liked their quality, they just didn't fit correctly, so I made a return.

I would rather have had a full refund rather than have to use a gift card. Most on-line retailers will issue a full refund.

This will probably discourage me from ordering in the future.

I purchased (3) v-necks and then I was auto charged a $40 month fee for a membership. I had to spend the $40credit on a basic crew. I would have rather purchased it on my time not have to use a credit.

Your customer service was exceptional

The experience itself was ok, but I had to re-order a pair of jeans because of a mistake I made. I received a gift card for the return, but I was charged $5 for the return. The first purchase included free shipping and I had to pay $7 as the purchase was under $150. The whole idea of not being able to receive a refund is crazy as store credits lock one into a future purchase. I am not sure I would buy from M and B again despite liking the jeans. And the return process is a joke. I had to return before I could buy. Quince handles these things much more professionally.

Having previously worked in software safety and privacy, I am not a fan of the cookie consent dialog, where Mott & Bow has made the text link "Preferences" (the one where you can go in and say which cookies are OK or not) essentially invisible. This isn't an ethical approach. Likewise, the continual pop-ups for discount with "No thanks skip my reward" isn't a good practice – it depletes trust. The jeans, however are very nice and last a long time, hence this renewed purchase.

not even close to what was advertised! charged $5 to return the damn pants and only a few days to do so!

I’m certain the quality of clothing will be on point but I’m not certain why I was offered multiple discounts after supplying my email and phone number only for those discounts to disappear upon check out.

I haven’t received my package yet to give you feedback on the product that I ordered, but as far as the website it was running smooth
