Very bad experience with this site
I've placed an order of 2 spare parts on motoruf.de on May the 19th 2025
After 1 month I'm still waiting.
At the order entry time there was no info about stock unavailability.
It's unacceptable that someone that sells spare parts is not able to grant a short delivery
The availability of the spare part is a driver to select the supplier.....
So take care with this site if you need the item (as usually do if you purchase a spare part...) and if you don't want to waste time ... Last but not least they don't update you on the status of your order. They provide you just a link where it's written nothig at all about delivery

i ordered a part for my cadet mower, it was the cheapest around even with the delivery charge,
it took about a week to arrive, but it was sent via Royal Mail (say no more),Took me 10 minutes to fit cable to machine, very happy with parts and the comunication between me and motoruf.de was great, he kept me up to date.Would use again

I ordered spare parts for my Viking GB 360 shredder
fast delivery, perfect products and good communication
no further comments needed I guess :-)

Trustful seller, I've ordered parts for FSA 90 and they arrived after 2 weeks travel abroad in Europe.
Communication is hard at the beginning, but if the item shipping delayed, they are responsive.
The only downside is shipping without tracking number outside of Germany, which may sometimes result in slower shipping or a lost item.

Very satisfied with the company, waited a little long to receive my item, but there was an explanation for that, one of my items had to be ordered home first, ( 5 - 15 days ) but that info was on the spare parts page, so everything is ok from here 👍 . Will definitely shop there again and recommend them to others! Greetings from a Dane 🙏

Terrible supplier
Not delivering
No tracking of order

I have been waiting for an order from this company for over nine weeks now. They don't reply to emails unless one sends two at least. They don't answer the phone. They're very polite once one gets through to them, but nothing happens afterwards.
Having said that, the fault really lies with the terrible service offered by DHL, but it would have been nice if we'd been kept in the loop.
I have refrained so far from writing a review, but enough is enough. This was an urgent order for a spare part for a machine whose down-time is costing our company every day.

Did order one spare part, fast delivery with DHL to Sweden.
Nice site with many diffident spare parts.
I recommend motoruf.de !!!
