I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews and giving them the benefit of the doubt. The mileage had been clocked 10,000 miles which they failed to mention and within a week the engine had burned through all the oil it was sold with. Over the following few weeks the car went through 4-5 litres of oil as the engine burnt it straight out and a mechanic found a leak also which is noted on several recent MOTs except for the one conducted by Dhillon. They have refused to accept ANY responsibility and have come up with many different excuses for the same issues. The photo below clearly shows the soot on the back of the car from the oil burning straight through and the timing belt is perished in the engine however the warranty I bought with it only covered up to £2,000, not enough for a new engine. I returned the car to them to fix due to their unwillingness to accept that there was a problem and their appalling communication. Each day I had to contact them to ask what was happening with it and every day it was the same ‘this mechanic doesn’t know what’s wrong with it so they’re going to come back tomorrow’ until they told me they sent it to a garage but refused to tell me where and refused to give me the contact details of this garage so I could speak to them about it. Despite raising the issues with Dhillon Motor Company within weeks of buying the vehicle, they refused to give me a full refund, taking over £600 from me and trying to blame me for the issues. Dhillon continue to refuse responsibility so I have no doubt they have not fixed the vehicle before returning it to the forecourt for the next poor victim of their scams.

They will not refund me for the cancellation of my extended warranty
I am currently disputing the cancellation and refund of my extended Car warranty.
According to the terms of the warranty policy, cancellations are permitted within one month of purchase provided no claims have been made. I have not submitted any claims, and I am well within the one-month period.
Despite this, I have been informed that the refund will not be processed. I would like to clarify that I have not signed any separate agreement outlining different conditions or waiving my right to cancel the warranty

Sold from under my nose after deal made
Ref Admil Cars Croydon --- I had arranged to buy a silver street Ka from this Croydon dealership and they promised to deliver it thursday 24 - But I had hospital appointment extended on that day and let them know and we subsequently agreed on tuesday 29 for delivery and purchase --- they also agreed to part exchange my blue Street Ka --- TODAY they sold it right from under me - despite our agreement - They understood I would not pay deposit (on my partners advice) because of scams etc and we agreed that I would purchase in full on deiivery -- I am so disappointed - it was all prearranged and agreed upon --- Just shows I was probably right not to have given any kind of deposit -- probably would have lost it when it was sold to someone ELSE today !!!

First time car purchase for our son.
What made this experience great for us was a guy called Rob who worked there as a mechanic/sales.
He was very approachable and seemed really genuine and helpful.
We went to view a Ford Focus with our son but on the day Rob had also mentioned that they'd had another Ford Focus in but a year newer. We looked at this too. My son really liked this so we took it for a test drive. No knocks or bangs a lovely car, very clean body work near on immaculate! We decided that we would like to buy it but the only thing was, it had quite high mileage for its age. On speaking to our brother in-law about the car we'd seen he advised us to ask about the timing belt and water pump history! It hadn't been done as Rob had checked it out and was very honest about. Rob then mentioned that if we wanted to buy the car that they could do the work for £350 and that would be all in. Being advised that this was a great deal as my brother in-law had mentioned we went ahead and bought the car for our son. Rob booked the car in for a few weeks time to get the work done just for our piece of mind. The car we purchased from CSK motors came with a 12 months MOT. 1 months warranty and 12 months free AA breakdown cover. We thought it was a great deal. Rob sorted all this out for us. We can't thank him enough. A real down to earth guy. We will definitely look to buy again from these guys who work here. I'm sure when our son takes the car back in a few weeks for the timing belt and water pump to be done he will receive the same treatment. Brilliant place to look if anyone is looking to purchase another car. Faultless!! Thank-you so much!

The car was delivered in the following condition, the windscreen had a crack in it on the drivers side, the heater blower not working neither is the reverse parking camera, and the 4th and 5th gears not always engaging or getting stuck, have asked for a full refund.
