0 star. I called the telephone number on Google in relation to this business directly to be greeted with 'what do you want'. A
distinctively dismissive and disrespectful attitude from the very first moment on the telephone call and felt like I was a complete inconvenience before even speaking. Shocking and I would never go to this business ever again.

I would give no stars if this was an…

I would give no stars if this was an option, I have no doubt in the guys knowledge. As for his customer service skills he needs a real lesson in how to treat us that are paying his wages. I had no reply to my email so I phoned him. He told me I need to wait for a response to the email. I just needed a day to book my car for an MOT. first he told me the MOT guy doesn't come in till 5 and then I asked for him to call me to book it in (a reasonable request). He then said wait and kept me on the phone before he said wait for an email. So my question if he saw my email why not quickly reply with a short message so I didn't feel ignored and feel I have to phone. I have since been reading his bad reviews and the comments attached and he obviously doesn't put customers first and gets nasty if you say anything to him. Threatening to black customers names with all independent mini/BMW. All I say is make sure you read his negative reviews along with his responses
