Excellent service from Callum and the team Had been quoted an astronomical price from a main dealer for a couple of repairs (£177 per hour for labour alone ) on an estimated 3 hour fix Cal n co sorted for less than £200! and even said the oil leak the other dealer found did not need attention 10/10

First experience with them

First experience with them. Overall, I just didn't receive great customer service.

Left my car with them in the morning, no call from them all day and went back 30 minutes before they closed- car hadn't even been looked at. They were too busy to look at it. They said the next availability for rescheduling would be 2 weeks later and that they were happy to return the part they bought for the job.

Didn't help that the person on reception was a bit patronizing with me when I left my car in the morning. It's understandable that, in this instance, they had a backlog of cars before mine could be seen to, but a pre warning in the morning that this could be the case would have done wonders.

When I picked it up, they said they were still working on cars from the previous day and are understaffed leading them to call in mechanics to do overtime the following day to catch up. So the person I spoke to was obviously under a lot of stress to get extra people in ASAP and just didn't seem to care, they basically seemed a bit over it which isn't fair on them.

But, if I had known about the backlog or chance it wasn't going to get done on that day then I could have booked elsewhere or prepared better in the morning. I wonder at what point they were going to let me know that my car wasn't actually going to be fixed on the date I booked in. They said in the morning that they would call me when it's done. I hadn't heard from them all day, and went back half an hour before they closed, so at what point would they have realized that my car wasn't going to get looked at.

I just think once they realized that my car wasn't going to get fixed, then I could have started to prepare other options instead of waiting all day without a car. I just would have appreciated some communication rather than being left in the dark especially since I'd have to wait 2 weeks until the next availability.

Gonna do the job myself, definitely not going to book in with them again for anything in the future.

Overall, I just didn't receive great customer service.
