Really excellent job done on my jaguar front bumper. A fare price for the work done . How long does it take(give them plenty of time)it’s worth it.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this car workshop after an accident a few months ago. My car was taken in for repairs because the side of the car was hit, and the wheel was damaged. From the very beginning, I reported that the wheel was making strange metallic noises, and I felt unsafe driving the car. They collected the vehicle the same day I raised my concerns, but when it was returned to me, even though I repeatedly reported the issue both to my insurance and to the person who collected the car for repairs from my home, emphasizing that my main concern was the wheel, it was still in poor condition.

I had to pay for a private diagnosis, which confirmed that the wheel bearing was damaged and needed replacement. Only then did the workshop agree to address the issue, but by that time, I had already lost a week without my car. Since I work as a delivery driver, being without my vehicle meant I couldn’t work and incurred a significant financial loss. It felt like nobody cared about the trouble and stress this caused me.

When the car was initially returned, I also noticed an issue with the window in the doors that had been replaced. It wouldn’t open from the driver’s control panel. The private mechanic’s diagnosis, which I had to pay for, clearly stated that the window wasn’t functional, but the workshop denied there was ever a problem. I recorded a video of the window issue, which allowed me to prove to my insurance that it wasn’t working when the car was returned to me. The window remained non-functional for the entire week I had the car. However, when the workshop took it back to repair the wheel, the window "magically" started working again after they had it on-site. Their refusal to acknowledge obvious issues made me feel like I couldn’t trust them at all.

This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful. The workshop’s lack of care, accountability, and professionalism caused me significant financial loss and wasted time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with this company, was in a non-fault car accident on 19th Sept, my car was collected by this company on 21st sept. I received a phone call 2 days later to tell me the damage found & what would be repaired. I was kept up to date by text to let me know where my car was up to in terms of repair. It's now 20th Oct & my car has been returned on the date stated & I was given a phone call to say what time. The repair job is excellent, my car looks brand new & they even gave it a valet. Super impressed with the service & repair job. Thank you, would recommend

Awful company don’t use, car had minor damage and took 8 weeks to fix. No communication lied to about when it was going to be ready. Courtesy car provided was poor petrol polo they had my SUV only option given was this car or Citroen c1. On return of courtesy car company tried to get us to pay for damage that was already on the vehicle . Scammers!

I recently booked my car in with the team at Motor Bodies Widnes, to repair & realign my cars passenger window, having had no luck with the garage I bought it from.
As always, the team where understanding & professional & after a brief inspection, arranged a date to book my car in for repairs.
After a quick repair & at a great price, my car is now as good as new.
The team at Motor Bodies always go that extra step to provide excellent customer service & why I would like to say a huge thanks to Tom, Gary & the team & of course, Debbie on the front desk, the hostess with the mostess.

My car came in for repair following an accident, and I can confirm that the service was second to none. Updates along the way and the manner of which I was dealt with was exemplary. Car booked into Motor Bodies by Insurance company after a no-fault accident. Repair took 2 weeks and has been returned today by Ste-C looking well for its seven years of age. Really pleased with the job done on thee car.

My wife's car was taken here by her insurers for repair following a non-fault incident. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the car was returned looking like new. Everyone we dealt with were professional and friendly.

A slight negative is that the repair did take several weeks, but this was due to a Europe wide shortage of certain Ford parts - so something Motor Bodies could not control.
