Very bad experience with buying a car at Motor-Nutzel. The whole process took almost 2 months, they don't answer emails, the price is fixed, but they will fix the car, fix minor damage and polish it... However, nothing was done. When the deposit of 2000 was paid, which took 5 days, they could already prepare [customs papers], but they waited for the rest of the money, which also took 5 days, and in the end we waited for the papers for 2 weeks under the pretext that they were fixing the car. However, the car was not touched!!! After taking over the vehicle, I waited more than a month for a tax refund!!! and always some excuses. They asked me for proof that the vehicle was registered in order to refund the tax??? What do you care what I did with my vehicle? You received an EX paper certified at the border as proof that the vehicle left the EU!!! Classic scammers! The people I interacted with were Ray Jerome and Kristi Cheban. Once again, a very bad experience!!!
