Outstanding Customer Service and Support
I recently had an issue with an order and needed to arrange a return and exchange. At first, I was a bit concerned about the return process and additional costs, but the support team handled everything quickly and professionally.
What really stood out to me was the friendliness and willingness to help. Bruce from customer support took the time to find a solution, explained everything clearly, and even offered a goodwill gesture. He also managed the order changes for me directly, which made the whole process much easier.
Overall, I’m very satisfied, excellent customer service, very friendly communication, and a strong focus on finding solutions for the customer. Definitely a positive experience!

Touring screen for KTM

Very disappointing customer service.
I have been waiting for more than a month for my return to be processed and my refund to be issued.
The product was a Helite TURTLE 2 Black Motorcycle Airbag.
The package was handled by the company’s own shipping carrier, and I refused the delivery (wanted another vest), so the delay is completely outside of my control. Despite this, nothing has been resolved.
I have already opened two support tickets, but so far I have received no clear information and no refund. This is simply unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their money for weeks because of internal logistics issues.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I bought another vest in a store, because this process here is still ongoing.
