Deanna in Lettings, is Fantastic! through the whole process she has being 10/10. I cannot thank her enough and even after I have moved in she is still giving 10/10 service.

The agent was very helpful in particular with the good lord site which was very difficult to negotiate for someone of my vintage ,and then persistently tried to sell me services I did not want or need

We rent out a couple of properties through Motis Estates in Folkestone. They have a very good property management set up, with experienced people, and access to a wide range of contractors when repairs or maintenance are needed. Their fees are very reasonable and rental from tenants is passed on promptly. My dealings with both the property management and finance departments have always been pleasant - they are invariably very helpful.

Was looking for a property to accommodate a family and 2 cats, found our house on Motis. The team there were fantastic and made the process quick and easy, from a friendly manner to excellent communication and great aftercare.

They treated us as a family and showed care rather than just people they would make money from.

I use Motis Estates for letting and managing my properties and have found them to be very efficient. Always get a quick response to all communications and they have a good relationship with trustworthy local trades people.Their staff are helpful and proactive, particularly my property manager Kim. They don’t seem to have the turnover of staff that other letting agents suffer from which means they have good knowledge of the history of my properties.

Decided to use Motis estates for a let only tenancy.
Pre tenancy inventory was excellent.
Agent viewings and applications were great
Dealing with agent thereafter was mediocre.
I have used their EPC assessor which I believe is independent, was good.

Fraud. Plan and simple. Sold me rent insurance then would not honour it to get the rent arrears. This is not a legitimate company. Run

We recently sold our home with Motis Estates. They were absolutely brilliant throughout. Kris and Chris made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible with clear communication from the very start, right up until completion. We were very dubious that with the current housing climate how well the house would do on the market expecting it to take a while to sell, however we had several viewings booked in and an offer at asking price within the first week. Chris thought outside the box, and used different platforms to advertise our property with great results. Their fees were very reasonable compared to other estate agents we looked at in the area.
