MotionVFX delivers really high quality video editing tools and the plugins make editing so much easier and faster. Their support team is quick and helpful whenever I had a problem, and overall its been a smooth, satisfying experience using their products

I’ve been using MotionVFX for a little while now and it is simply a must. The value in their Design Studio plan is huge. Their customer service is the best part, every time I reached out they replied very quickly and guided me through how to use the wide range of tools included in the membership. Five stars.

Great products and fast customer support.

I have been working with MotionVFX for a long time. Now I have opted for CineStudio 2D+3D Ultimate. The support from MotionFVX is really very good. I can highly recommend MotionVFX.

People who use Davinci Resolve are allowed to purchase the title packs, but FCP users are not allowed to purchase title packs. Instead FCP users are forced to subscribe to MotionVFX if they want to use any of their products now.

As someone who's spent almost 800$ on their title packs over the years (hobbyist filmmaker who makes no money on his videos) I feel like I've been spat on and tossed to the curb. I've never had an issue paying for their title packs. I've never expected updates to their title packs either. They are pay once, so as long as they work, no update is expected.

I truly hope they are happy with the amount of money they are making, because if its not more than what it was, to just throw users like myself away, I doubt its worth it.

Love the product, the preview, and the short tutorial. I purchased mAnime bundle.
Marcel was very helpful when I had questions. My only regret was that mSaber has not been updated to work with FCP 11.1.1

Being able to quickly find, drag and drop, and stack multiple Hollywood-style assets from the CineStudio is priceless. The plugins not only look high-level but are also well-built—no one else’s measure up to MotionVFX. I don’t know of any other company in the industry that welcomes open dialogue with the chat team about ways in which templates can be enhanced for greater customization and improved functionality, and it’s always a quick turnaround in updates. All-around great experiences throughout the 10+ years I’ve been a MotionVFX user! Can’t wait for the release of mO3!

Excellent plugins but what is more important is the excellent service of the team. I had an issue with a plugin that was not displaying all the drop zones and Zbigniew from Customer Support fixed it after 2 mails that we exchanged.

I've been a customer of Motion VFX for the past two years, and I really love their plugins—the variety and ease of use are top-notch. Of course, some of them can be a bit taxing on the system, but that's expected.

The only reason I'm giving three stars is that, with such a large repertoire of plugins, updating the software you're using (in my case, DaVinci Resolve) sometimes causes some plugins to stop working as they should, or at least they aren’t updated quickly enough. This has already happened to me with two plugins I use regularly, and now I’m just waiting for the Motion VFX team to update them for the current version of DaVinci Resolve.

Obviously, they're creating this problem for themselves as they continue to release more plugins and new products. This is my current experience with them. Hopefully, they'll find a way to improve their update process, or perhaps reduce the number of new plugins they bring to market so frequently.

I was initially reluctant to buy the products because they are indeed quite expensive, but it's amazing how much time I can save. The product (the callouts in my case) are a life saver and really good quality.
But I was even more impressed by the customer service. I reported a problem I was having, in what turned out to be a bug. They solved it within half an hour after I presented the case. It was unbelievable. I was able to download the new version within minutes. Very impressive. Bottom line is: the product is worth every single dollar. As the saying goes, price is what you pay, value is what you get.

I am beyond impressed with MotionVFX’s support team. I had an issue and reached out to them, and their response was incredibly fast — within no time, they had identified the problem and resolved it perfectly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such quick, effective, and genuinely helpful support these days, and MotionVFX delivered 100%! Highly recommended!

It has the best customer support. Motion VFX is a great for animation purposes.

I use DesignStudio and CineStudio from MotionVFX and these tools greatly improved my videos. I did received a special request from one of my client to create a video with location pin. What was available in DesignStudio was not exactly what my customer was expecting. I contacted MotionVFX support, more specifically Zbigniew and in 24 hours they did a change to make the request available. That's an amazing service and more than I could expect. Amazing work! I have been a customer of MotionVFX for 10+ years and I am always amazed by their new products and excellent/amazing support!
