Counterfeit Ameda Flanges
We ordered four Ameda flanges from this store, and it was immediately obvious upon first inspection that they were different from the ones that we were sent home with from the hospital - there was no Ameda branding at all on the actual flanges, the flange extension protrudes into the vacuum shaft so that it interferes with the bottom of the diaphragm, and, worst of all, the seal to the valve is undersized so that it leaks significantly and thus renders the flange useless. These defects were consistent across all four flanges. When this store was contacted about these issues, the owner was very indignant, insisting that the flanges were genuine, and refused to issue a return. We will never shop at this store again!

Steve, I'm so sorry that you are not pleased with your purchase. I believe I may have spoken with your wife on the phone (it was quite a long time ago, so I'm not sure if it was you or her). Ameda makes 2 types of replacement flanges - the ones you purchased: item #620549: http://www.mothersboutique.com/bpafreeflange.html and ones that look more like the ones that came with your pump - which are more expensive - item #625108 or 24110525: http://www.mothersboutique.com/bpafreeflange1.html. As we discussed on the telephone, the flanges that you purchased from me are made by Ameda. They are a less expensive version and they have a different shape than the ones that originally came with your pump. I gave you Ameda's telephone number to contact them if you feel that they are defective. Ameda fully warranties all of their products. (800) 233-5921 - if the flanges you received are defective, Ameda will replace them for you.
Unfortunately, PA State Law does not allow me to accept returns on personal use items, so I am not able to take the flanges back.
I would be happy to offer you a discount on the other flanges so that you can get those instead if you would prefer. I encourage you to call Ameda to verify that the flanges that you purchased from me are authentic. I do not sell any counterfeit products. If you have any other questions or need additional assistance, please contact me.

Great Transaction
Great sale, quick response to my question and a speedy delivery.
my only complaint is that I am unable to return the sale items I bought, which were a part of the $5 and $10 sale. I completely understand why this is a rule, BUT I bought pants, which can be tricky. I would have liked the option to return them had they not fit. I got lucky as 2 of the 4 pair fit well. The other 2 were ok, but for $10, not a bad deal. I will definitely shop here again.

Broken
The ameda tube connector actually came with the little shut off piece broken off. It was so inexpensive that I didn't care to complain to get a refund. Positive about the company was very fast shipping and reasonable prices.

Didn't like it!
Straps were to long for me and not able to shorten more. It didn't feel comfortable. Bra didn't hold well pump's cilinders .
Bra material was damaged in the top layer.

Easy to work with
This was a good experience. I absolutely love the bra I ordered, so much, in fact, that I wish I could get it in non-nursing style for when I'm finished! My only reservation is that I had to send the first one back, the size was a bit off, which I would expect from ordering a bra online. However, since the shipping is not free, the original or the return, the cost can really add up. I was glad the second one fit, because the cost of sending back and forth would quickly use up the $25 "credit" you pay for with the virtual fitting. Overall, I recommend this site, would have given 5 stars if it had free shipping.

Hi Lindsay, thank you so much for your honest feedback. We do offer free shipping on orders over $75. Unfortunately, your items were less than that, so your orders did not qualify for free shipping. I wish that I could offer free shipping to everyone, but the fact is that shipping costs me a LOT of money. 75% of the orders on my site do get free shipping and I spend tens of thousands of dollars on shipping items. I wish I got a break on the costs of shipping, but being a small business, I pay the same price that you do when I ship a package - and as you know, it's not cheap. I do strive to provide the best service possible and reasonable shipping rates, when orders don't qualify for the free shipping option.

Fast service good product
Wish they carried more in my size, but what I did find (2 underwire nursing bras) are supportive, easy to use and one is so very comfortablem; the other is mostly comfortable. It's so hard to find bras in my size that I either end up using a alternate size or spending a LOT of money! This is the first time I bought bras online and I am suprised that they both are keepers! I received the bras in good timing. The sizing advice was helpful and I will be a return shopper!
