Have purchased laptops before from same company and has i was replacing old one with a new computor
old monitor (winxp) had to return display/computor bearing in mind these are refurbished , never had issues in past ,so its a sign of a good company ,ie-no quiable they sorted it out ,would always recommend this company

Apple MAC A2115 27" (2020) works great!
I ordered an Apple MAC A2115 27" (2020) which arrived in a couple of days in its original Apple packaging. The MAC was in great condition and using a TimeMachine backup from the MacBook Pro I had bought from Morgan Computers in December I soon had it set up and upgraded to Tahoe 26.3 I used Bootcamp to install Windows 10 22H2 and then updated that to Windows 11 25H2 and installed all my Windows apps. The 14.7Mpixel display (5120x2880) is awesome. The Internal Apple SSD is only 256GB and not upgradeable so I added a Samsung 980 NVMe M.2 1TB in an OWC Express 1M2 enclosure which gives 920GB/sec transfer speed via one of the Thunderbolt 3 ports. The Apple Magic keyboard works well but the Apple Magic Mouse 2 had a dead battery so I contacted Customer Support and they responded to my email within 2 hours. They gave me a link to arrange free pick up by Royal Mail the next day and shipped a replacement mouse the day my faulty mouse arrived at their warehouse. I have been using Morgan Computers since 2001 (5 laptops, 2 MACs and 2 iPads, all still working) and highly recommend them.

We are long-term Morgan fans
We have bought a lot of used computers and peripherals from Morgan since the '80s - most of them (nowadays) gain an SSD, are ported to Linux, tailored to suit the user (often a family member or business acquaintance) and some of them last another ten or more years... We prefer Lenovo, because they emerged from IBM with a preference for Linux that makes them altogether more suitable.
Morgan have made the occasional small mistake - years ago one of our Laptops arrived with the "tiny little red nubbin-that- can-move-the-mouse" missing, so I phoned Morgan, who apologised nicely, and the following morning a chubby envelope arrived with six little red nubbins inside it! So thoughtful!
This is the PC supplier I call for advice when choosing a machine, the advice is well informed, and always helpful.
I'm getting much older now, been retired for decades - so a bit of hand-holding is most welcome. We just bought a very solid HP Chrome box for 50 quid, with a fresh installation of Chrome Flex, which is rather nice. It just worked, of course - so our thanks to all of you at Morgan!
