Good company to deal with
I’ve always really liked the look of their headlights. After much pondering I decided to order a set for my mk6 Ford fiesta back in April. I must admit some of the reviews made me nervous beforehand, but I went ahead and I have been very pleasantly surprised.
There is a bit of a lead time, upon asking I was told 20 working days but it did end up taking slightly longer, but no longer than a week or so. The communication was very good throughout. I needed some advice for fitment of the headlights, Morette were very helpful I received detailed advice via WhatsApp and a couple of phone calls. If you’re looking to go for custom look headlights, based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.
They ripped me off, lying customer service
I ordered despite the lots of bad experienced I read here because I really like the headlights. I want to give it a try. What a bad mistake! :(
First it looks like everything will be ok. They send the order in time. Well, really not fast, but as promised.
But then: they sent the wrong optics! The indicator covers looks like crap (badly miscut) and one headlight cover was broken!
Their customer service apologized and answered really quick and promised to change wrong items. They even replied to my questions about legal use.
The tide turned, as I noticed that they sent me headlights without range adjustment. They claimed I ordered the wrong ones, but in fact, there is no option during order process. Obviously, because range adjustment is mandytory for my car! From this on, custumer service was going slow. They promised to send a return label, but it only was a promise. I did not get it. Finally, I returned the whole order at my expense to get a full refund (Within 14 days after delivery.)
And this is when they ripped me off! I didn't get back the shipping cost. Maybe that's ok, it was stated in their return&refund policy. But maybe it's illegal because of european customer laws.
But not enough, they kept another 10% of value of goods!! This action is not covered by their own return&refund policy, and it is obviously illegal under european laws.
Really the worst company I ever met!
non existant customer service with runarounds.
i purchased a set of MX5 headlights from morette, i got the lights, the housing is beautiful the lenses are beautiful. but the wiring was God awful, i had to get someone to help me wire the lights since the wiring they gave me didn't make sense and almost burnt my car down, they immediately started smoking and caught fire. then when i got the wiring figured out sent the housings off to paint with the provided winglets to attack them to the car, got everything back and realized the driver winglet was the same as the passenger winglet, after contacting morette about both issues they said they would send out another wiring harness and another winglet three different times, each time a month+ went by and I would ask for an update if they were shipped out or not and each time they stated yes it was shipped. after the third time i asked again because they said don't know what happened in post we'll send another well another month has passed by and winglet it still not here, asked about it again and got ghosted this time.
if you want good housings and lenses with terrible bulbs + wiring + customer service maybe this is a good choice, but for the price you're paying for these the least they can do is provide some sort of decent customer service, i wouldn't recommend these to anyone else unless your just looking for a headache.

I've recently purchased a set of s1 pugeot 106 headlights I've been wanting a set since I was child but could never afford them until now I patiently waited for them to arrive and when they did I was extremely happy until I went to fit them to my car i have literally tried everything to get them to fit my car even going to the lengths of cutting a gap out of my slam pannel to give room for the lower head light adjuster as everytime I shut the bonnet the light would pop out its now got to the stage I've got them in perfectly and still have issues with shutting the bonnet you've literally got to slam it everytime and when its finally shut the headlight aime is right up in the sky im so disappointed I've spent good money on what I thought was a spot on but here we are you guys can reply back to me saying you've sold loads of these and never had any issues the quality is decent its just the fact they don't fit what upsets me the most is I wanted to buy another 3 sets for my other 3 cars but as it stands I don't think I will bother now
Really not happy with them
Really not happy with them. Lied for 2 months about why the lights aren't made and just got multiple promises that they will be sent on x date. Aferr i wanted my my money back they will not return the (been waiting for a month) they only say that i need To reclaim my money thru my bank that takes 1-3 months.

I'm really satisfied with the image it gives to my car, and the good light that the low and high beam have in the night. It rally makes an improvement from the original optics of the car.
Great Service + Product
I have personally had a level of service that has been over and above expectations. The items were delivered to me in good order. The installation was not that simple given an import wrx however the team (I believe one of the founders) were responsive and took the time out to help me with the installation over a weekend video call. Extra cabling/adaptor was required for the complete installation which the team posted out to me. Overall very happy with the quality of the product and the sales support. These lights add a lot of value to the look of bug-eye in my opinion… thanks you team Morette!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The headlights for my 405 Mi16 arrived today and were extremely easy to install, utilising the existing harness bar a few spade connectors. The guys at morette have been in contact with me the whole time from placing the order right through to delivery. Friendly, professional and made me feel valued as a customer.

Bad Communication
Placed an order back on the 12th January (#1433) for Peugeot 106 p2 headlights. After numerous emails back and forth saying (once a tooling issue and once a moulding issue) with yourselves back in march promising to get them sent out on the following Monday.. which never happened. I have also had communication with multiple other people and had the exact same excuses! these were a gift to me from my grandma before she passed so it’s not just the money that’s the issue it’s the fact of being let down.. because frankly they’re also £450. I have since sent multiple emails and been ignored numerous times.. personally will never be placing another order again and would also appreciate some form of help on the matter.

Excellent service
I emailed Morette for some new light units for my Astra f grill. They advised the lights were now the newer diamond optics. I was impressed how fast they arrived to me in the UK, Complete to instructions on how to adapt them to fit.
I was a little unsure on how to fit the inner light so I emailed them, they responded asking for my mobile number and within the hour they video called me to guide me on installation.
A+++ service and customer service.
I wish other companies were like this.

Yes - there are some negative reviews. There biggest weakspot seem to be the customer service.
I talked to them nicely on Instagram, and they send them straight to Croatia within 5 days, tracking number, everything cool. I asked to take extra care with my order in advance due to the comments here - so it worked out nicely.
Quality is 10/10 from what I see! Really cool look on FORD SIERRAS so a little under 500€ is really worth it for me.
Bring a good energy and understand they are MAKING them for you, they don't have everything in the shelf... So, give them time!

I ordered because the website mentioned 6-8 days after order.
After sending 2 emails I finally got an answer .
That it would take to ship on the 15th of April.
On the 16 th I asked for a tracking no answer.
On the 19th I asked for a update or tracking no answer.
Today the 23 i asked for a answer and asked kindly for a refund..
Maybe they have wonderull products.
But they have 0 customer service.
Will not be buying again or endorcing this company.
Now hoping to get my money back or I will claim a charge back thru Apple Pay..

Very happy with my headlights.
Great communications. After I ordered, they informed me that they were making them from scratch. Once shipped, they sent me a UPS tracking number.
I will be back at some point for another set.

I'm very happy with my custom made subaru Impreza bugeye adjusted Headlights !!
I received my Headlights in good condition.
Took a little more time before dispatching.
Informed morette customer service by phone and they told me it's because this type of Headlights is made by order. As soon as they are dispatched you receive a ups tracking number. Easy to follow your parcel.
So if you need some rare good quality custom made headlights you have to order at Morette.

Understandably ordering from Spain takes time but i found communication great . They always reply to email and keep you updated.
The morette team i see get a lot of grief from the posting system but they use UPS and they were also great .
I am always honest with my reviews and i would give them 10/10 for product and service.
The worst "company" I've ever dealt with in my lifetime!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
I messaged them via their eBay shop in October I believe, to ask them if they still sold a specific version of headlights I was after for my car. They confirmed they did indeed still sell them (and a 2nd different version) and that they even prefer those headlights themselves over the other version.
I informed them those were the ones I definitely wanted when I was in a position to order them the following month.
Month later I messaged again to confirm I wanted to order and again reaffirmed the version I wanted. They again said that's fine and to leave a note attached the order stating what version I wanted. I ordered, attached the note, paid and again messaged to confirm I had just paid and attached note. The price was 440 + 70 postage. They told me they'd aim to dispatch them between Xmas and new year.
2nd Jan rolls around and hadn't heard a peep so shot them a kind message saying happy new year etc and asking for an update. Was told they're back after Xmas on Jan the 8th. I waited a week then chased them up again. They inform me that within a week they'll be done and dispatched.
I did indeed get a tracking label and waited patiently. I was hit with an additional £87.87 import tax after day 3 of UPS moving my parcel towards me from Spain to the UK. I pre paid it the second I got the UPS email asking for it to help speed delivery along. In total 7 days pass and the package arrived.
I open it up and they've sent the wrong headlights, sign. I instantly message them and as an apology they said they would send the correct headlight masks and missing indicators free and in a parcel valued under €99 so I avoided a 2nd import tax. Great. I thanked them and was impressed at this response. How wrong I was.
Then nothing. I waited patiently and then got frustrated so kept checking in for updates. Eventually they replied saying lights were getting collected that evening and provided me a tracking link. This was like a Thursday. By Monday the tracking hadn't changed from "created a label". UPS didn't know anything about this so they clearly hadn't collected it.
When I called him out on clearly giving me lies he started to say all sorts of nonsense excuses. Things like "the lights haven't arrived yet"? What? I thought Morette MADE the lights? Clearly not. Then he moved the goal posts again and then ultimately flat out refused to honour his original promise of just sending the correct masks etc unless I sent the incorrect ones back - but then I'd lose that £87 import tax as it would have counted for nothing and I wasn't prepared to do that.
I told him and have asked them 20 times why he can't just honour the original agreement to send me the replacement parts so I can swap them myself. He started then saying he won't do anything until I send them all back. I've been stuck in an eBay stand off since because I'm not returning these and losing import tax money and he's not willing to honour his original apology deal to make good on things.
It's been an absolute farce. It's easily the worst experience I've ever had with a company (im mid 30s). Seriously please do NOT give them your business. They're an absolute bunch of cowboys, liars and ignore basic customer rights. It's infuriating. I wish I had used my credit card now so I could have just got my money back. I still might when eBay finally make a decision but honesty, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered the lamps on October 28, 2023. They arrived damaged and did not match the order. After contacting Morette, I returned the parcel. Morette assured that a new shipment would be sent back after a week, and that's where the problems started. Of course, after this time there was no information about the shipment. I received a reply to the second/third email (I was patient). Every promised deadline was missed and of course there was no contact again for a long time. When they wrote back, they only apologized and came up with other reasons for the delay. At the end of the year I was assured once again that the parcel would be delivered. It's mid-January, they haven't replied to my message. I am reporting the matter to the European Consumer Center in Spain. I warn everyone against shopping in this company. I wasted my time, I have no lamps and no money.
