I have been a returning customer for quite a few years now. And one thing I will say is that the customer service has definitely grown with the client base. I didn't have to contact them once to chase up my order as I would receive emails every few weeks keeping me informed of my order progress. And that's all you can really ask to be kept in the loop. So customer service I commend you on this. As for the hair, flawless and high standard of quality and longevity throughout

This was my first purchase from Mora Mode and was most definitely worth the wait for the full HD lace custom, the colour is amazing, the hairline is out of this world! I have purchased many units from other suppliers and can honestly say, this unit is by far my most favourite and best quality, more realistic looking and natural hairline! I have purchased from MoraMode twice now the transparent lace is perfect the hair lines are amazing and the hair quality is also great! Very soft and full and they come beautifully styled right out of the box.
During both orders I had email correspondence thru out the entire process they are very kind, helpful, and always replied in a timely manner. My experience has been great both times and I will definitely continue to order with them for years to come.

I bought a Mora Mode blonde Bob pictured with the girl wearing it in a little bun with the money pieces hanging down in the front. The HD lace is incredible! The most real hair line I’ve ever bought. It’s super comfy and the size small fits me really well. I am able to cut out ear prices and wear the wig behind my ears which I’m unable to do with wigs I have purchased in the past.

I bought the lace front and I find the tracks sewn in the back are much less visable than my experiences with other wigs.

On the more affordable side! did not give full stars only because it took a long time to receive my wig (10 weeks) but it was worth the wait.

Overall I am very very happy with my mora mode and I’m going to be buying another style! So many compliments. =) My husband loves this wig and can’t believe how invisible the lace is. He says “you can’t tell at all, It’s seamless”

Very pleased with the three pieces I have purchased with this company, the wigs are top quality. Very good Customer services respond to emails very quickly. Only negative I would say is the knots, they need to be bleached slightly more so black dots don’t show. Keep up the good work

Purchased a modesty wig with a blend of human and synthetic hair. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Such good quality, a great fit and I think it looks really realistic. Have spent 1500 on wigs that are not of this quality. Very impressed. Only knocked off a star as delivery took longer than I would have liked and I did message regularly and their response time was pretty slow sometimes.

This experience at Moramode and just magical, I am very happy to have trusted them, they are professional and fast in delivery, they have managed to make me feel like a woman and myself again, thanks to Moramode, the looks and judgments of people are gone, the wigs are beautiful natural and of good quality as well as the pack and the glues it does not scratch and does not make pimples

This wig is so beautiful and it doesn't even look like a wig. I had alopecia since I was 18 and I am 31 now so I have been trying tons of different wig companies but this one is the best so far. I cried when I put it on. Ordering another asap!

Moramode hair is amazingly soft, and the lace is ultra fine. Be cautious with your cap size choice. I did all of the measurements three times, and I was still off, and my cap was a bit large. Quality, choices, and service make Moramode a great company to buy from.

I am very satisfied with my order. The quality of the unit is impeccable. Seeing as though I placed a custom order, the delays were longer than expected, however it was well worth the wait. Customer service always responded in a timely manner to any questions/concerns I had. Overall positive experience.

I've needed wigs for my alopecia for almost 6 years. I've invested in custom ones that were $3000 and have tried ones from other UK companies, which are also quite the investment (I live in BC, Canada by the way). I have to say I have purchased 4 wigs from Moramode because the quality of hair is amazing, similar to the quality of my custom wigs and better than other companies where I found the hair to be drier. I love the HD lace option and realistic hairline which my custom ones didn't offer. The price of the hair is also very reasonable and they have occasional discounts which isn't offered by many of the other places. Considering I'm shipping internationally, the amount I spend is still more affordable than my custom wigs I used to purchase. Overall I'm always happy with what I have purchased and the team are so lovely, maintain great and quick communication. The hair tends to last almost 2 years (I do have 2 to switch between) and I'm a pretty active person, but with quality products to maintain the hair they've been a great and reasonably priced investment for me to feel more confident in myself :)
