It is a really nice brand and I love the items. Collections are a spin on the trends, which I love.

Very bad service from this company when trying to return an object for my sister.
First of all there information about returning is incorrect.
On the website they state you have to return within 14 days after receipt.But on their terms-conditions under Herroepingsrecht they state 30 days.

Artikel 6 – Herroepingsrecht

Bij de aankoop van producten heeft de consument de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden gedurende 30 dagen. Deze bedenktermijn gaat in op de dag na ontvangst van het product door de consument of een vooraf door de consument aangewezen en aan de ondernemer bekend gemaakte vertegenwoordiger.

The law states that you have to revoke within 14 days of receipt to the Business you purchased. After that you have 14 days to return the goods.
Second of all the identity of the company is unknown.
According to the Dutch law you have to state your VAT no and coc no on your website, which can't be found, not even on their terms and conditions.

Now to return a product you have to send them an e-mail with track and trace code and you have fill that in with DHL or POST NL . Well guess what there's no way you can find an e-mail address on their website.
Also when returning an item you have to fill in a Surname and Lastname.
I guess Surname is MOOST and Lastname is Wanted?

I'm sorry but if you want to grow in business you have to add all of these informations to your website.
You are obligated to mention this.
Also missing privacy policy
And really ? Make it easier for people to return items. My sister never wants to buy from you again.

Very disappointing service!!!!!!

They never informed me that there was an issue with my address, which consequently I have never had before with any other service and I only found out once I messaged asking where my parcel was.

This was then followed by them saying that One of the items that I had purchased was not in stock even though I had confirmation of purchase. To which they came up with the rubbish excuse that their sales platform and stock platform are not connected, which seems ridiculous to me, why would you lie saying this are available allowing people to purchase them only to then be told it’s not in stock after they have taken your money.

The only good thing from this service is they refunded my money in one day but apart from that I will not be returning.
