First of all absolutely amazing service from start to finish( would give more stars if possible)
Been looking for a new bike for a few months now and was still unsure on what was best for me.
Walked in to moonraker and was met my a lovely receptionist who offered me a drink straight away and ask if I needed any help. Starting walking round the shop and browsing at all the amazing bikes on display.
Robby walked up to me asking if I was ok and needed any help, I told him the boxes I needed ticking for what I was after and he said I think I have just the thing.
Found what I was looking for with a few more extras included plus Robby for a few quid knocked off ( always a plus 😉)
At no point did I find he was trying to sell me something he was just happy to point me in the right direction of what was best for me as its my first bike.
Anyway I brought the bike as it really did tick all the boxes with extras.
Robby got us a great deal, and next day delivery as I wanted it before I go away to work, bike come with a full 12 months MOT.
Paul the owner delivered the bike the next day and same as Robby he was also very very helpful, he didnt just drop and dash he was happy to stay for 30 minutes and give me a full rundown on the bike including how to add and remove all the panniers and top box ( as its my first bike )

Like I said at the top Moonraker in Norwich was excellent service from start to finish 10 star in my opinion.

Picked up a Voge DS525X from Robby and Paul at moonraker today- great experience with the guys and nicely stocked dealer - they are not my local dealer , but was well worth the trip to Norwich and a decent day for a drive back - would buy from them again - Oh and love the bike -

I bought a Voge and took it back after 500 miles for its running in service

I was shocked at the cost of the labour which was £120 per hour

Considering they sell budget brands this is extortionate and higher than Ducati or triumph charge me

I simply won’t use them again so very much a false economy for them

The place is horrible , I booked an appointment 6 months in advance . I called to ask if they can do an extra job and they said to me sorry I might have to cancel your appointment.

And I got a lame excuse that everyone books an appointment so far in advance.

Dont bother buy anything from them , they are only good to get your money !

Collected my Yamaha tracer 700 today thank you Robby nothing was to much trouble great service and very friendly to deal with definitely recommend this is the 5th bike I’ve had from them

Fantastic experience, helpful and friendly service. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door and coffee was offered straight away. They took two motorcycles in part exchange, and delivered the motorcycle I bought. All questions answered, had my new motorcycle in two days- excellent.
Nice beer glass as well!

What a fantastic motorcycle dealer. I did a 410 mile round trip to pick a bike up. Superb welcome. Lots of Coffee and cold drinks. Got on the bike and the tank was full. That was a result when I had 205 miles to go. Jamie is a top bloke. I would have no hesitation in traveling so far again. Great service and great people. Hope to see you again Carl from Burnley.

Every single person I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable, but also fully informed and supported throughout the process. As someone completely new to the world of motorbikes, I was nervous and had a lot of questions, but the team—especially Robbie, Eliot, and Paul—were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful.

They didn’t just try to sell me a bike—they made sure I was confident and safe, taking the time to walk me through every detail. I’m from Australia and unfamiliar with the local systems, but they even helped me figure out insurance and gave me advice tailored to my situation.

I was a bit uncomfortable about riding the bike home on my own since I’m new to riding, and without hesitation, they offered to drive me home. Recently purchased a Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 from Moonraker. From start to finish Robby and Paul were both great to deal with. Thanks to Robby's great advice and knowledge, I have come away a very happy customer. Anyone looking for a new bike, I would 100% recommend visiting here

Had an emergency with a snapped motorcycle chain, managed to get my motorcycle to their store, on arrival I felt very welcomed by the friendly staff, they went out of their way to help me get back on the road with supplying me a new chain, & was supported by staff in the fitting of the chain, I really appreciate moonraker motorcycles going out of their way to help me, very happy customer and I shall be returning. I couldn't fault Moonraker Motorcycles at all. I was looking at entering the motorcycle scene as a mid life crisis and Paul was extremely helpful giving me advise about what bike to get being a 6'4" tall fella and gave me great advice to get used to a 125cc bike before considering a big bike. Needless to say I requested their help in sourcing a suitable bike and at an affordable price the honda cb125f I purchased from them I've had for over two years now never let me down. After sales care is second to none even if you have a silly question. If any one in my position is looking to get on two wheels get on the phone to Paul and you won't he disappointed.

Paul recently helped me with a project. When I explained what I needed he put a package together and it all worked out better than I could ever have expected. He seems to like a challenge and I think that he & his team find everything rewarding if the customer is happy. Thank you.

picked up my new royal enfield 350 signal in dessert sand colour 20 mile ride home smiling all the way what a great bike and the process of purchase with moonraker could not of been smoother or more pleasant.....well done top service and a great motorcycle. regards Terry

I needed a new "mobility scooter"'and after watching hundreds of uTube videos, set my heart on a Royal Enfield Hunter in Rebel Red. I live in the North East of England and neither of the two dealers within reasonable travelling distance had what I wanted in stock - moreover they could not give a delivery period even if I paid a deposit and ordered one. I tried half a dozen other Royal Enfield dealerships at increasing distances from home with the same result, eventually contacting Moonraker Motorcycles in Norwich - only to be told that they did not have one in stock but that they would see what they could do and call me back. I was so disappointed I resigned myself to the fact that I was simply not going to get my dream bike - BUT fifteen minutes later Paul, the owner phoned to say he could get one to me next Tuesday (seven days away). I was over the moon (raker) with joy and agreed the sale there and then. Next day Paul phoned again and said that his alternative courier could deliver coming Saturday (only four days away), but that it was more expensive ........ I said that I didn't mind paying extra for faster delivery. I couldn't believe it when Paul refused to increase my bill saying a deal is a deal, he would cover the cost and he was only interested in satisfying a new customer.
My bike arrived as promised, on time and in mint condition - I'm now proudly showing my new "mobility scooter" off to my geriatric mates and making them insanely jealous!! I've bought many motorcycles during my 72 years - but I can honestly say the purchasing experience with Moonraker is the best I've ever had. THANK YOU PAUL!!!!!
