Customer Service

Over a year ago I placed an order for 200ml Milk Bottles, they duly arrived and all was fine. Recently I noticed that we were missing bottle tops. I sent an email to sales enquiring about purchasing replacements, they quickly sent an email asking how many I needed, replied asking for 4. Parcel arrived quickly and inside there is 12 new bottle tops, tired to pay for them but they would not take any monies.

Very nice to see that some Companies are very good at being Customer Focused
