I had been sent a discount card from…

I had been sent a discount card from Monsoon ,20% because I was a Monsoon member ,plus 10% as a reward
I phoned the store and they assured me if I went to the bottom of page I would receive my discount
I didn't so paid full price and complained ( via phone) and asked to speak to a manager ,was told the manager said they can't backdate ,so no discount ,even though I bought within the time limit ,so I returned the dress on principal and it's Monsoons loss,so much for being a member.
