Be careful not honest . ! Terrible experience

Terrible experience
Be careful with returning, they don’t tell
Nor inform you but they deduce 45€ for shipping in Europe!
Buy somewhere else! If this is what company do, that say much about them
No quality and no honesty!
I ordered 3 things, sent back 1- sandals that were number 40 but like 42. They refunded me from 61€ only 15€, deduced 45 for shipping!!!! Europe to England!!
Will never shop there again.. absolutely absurd and quality also not so good for prices they ask

The sizes are never the same you cannot…

The sizes are never the same you cannot depend on the order being the right size so I don’t think I will order again. It is too much hassle sending it back with evri t was alright with the post office

You’ve asked for my review (Wednesday) from a purchase the previous Friday which I’ve still not received. Still waiting for my clothes which is taking much longer than expected and certainly longer than other orders I did on same day Boden &M&S both received
