Ordered 23 Dec 2025, received 2 January 2026. I was initially worried after reading reviews. However the shipping seems to pretty good.
I'm from Chatham, ON so it could be distance.Maybe there where complications at some point.
At this time order and delivery are ideal.

They dont send a recipt after placing an order. Had to be reminded about my order twice before it got sent. The quality is dissapointing, although sturdy feeling it is 3d printed and not much effort was put into making it look good, you can still see the "textile" pattern from the printer. I was going to let this be a 3 star review but then i noticed all the fake 5 star reviews so i took another one away for their dishonest buisness practices on this site.

Took the money fast, sent an email saying shipped fast but 23 days later, no product and no response from my inquiry to follow up, could be a shipping delay and I would be ok with that but my follow up is ignored.
Update, second request was responded to but no idea where the package is.

Bought a pair of the classics a month and a half ago haven’t gotten it. every time I message them and say I want a refund and haven’t received the order. they’ll say well sort it out this Friday many Fridays later kept on saying that till they just stoped replying
I’ve emailed them saying I want my money back and still no reply left plenty of emails no reply customer service is dog shit. and the we’ll sort it out Friday and then it’ll be next Friday is also dog shit treat you’re customers better for real

Absolutely appalling service, after 2 months of not receiving my order and being ignored via customer service I was finally able to at least get my money back, after 2 months then they blocked me on socials for letting people know about my experience, I can’t review the product as after 2 months they where not received but I can’t review review my experience with this so called company, do not use them, this company is terrible and do not deserve your business, absolutely terrible experience, 0-5 stars !

knuckles are great, worth the 30 bucks for sure Canada Post sucks, took 3 weeks to deliver probably had something to do with the strike.

Ok so I bought these monkey knuckles from monkeyknuckles.ca, I did the free shipping option because, hey who the hell wants to pay for shipping? Waited a couple days and didn’t get a tracking number so I checked out the previous guys review on trustpilot, then got concerned. Contacted monkeyknuckles on email they responded fairly quickly. After about week I got a lil worried since it’s taking a while with no tracking number . Monkey knuckles said ok we’ll mark it as lost and send another one with tracking free of charge. They came in the mail as promised and their team went the extra mile to make me happy. As the the knuckles themselves, fantastic. Very lightweight, comfortable and legal protection. Hope I never have to use them since they look like they would really hurt. A solid 9/10 with this site. Only complaint is Canada post is slow.

I placed an order for these and received an email that they were "Shipped on May 13th".10 Business days later and these have not arrived!. I sent 3 emails during the last week asking about this delivery, they replied once ( after 3 days ) telling me to "Check my Mail"! It has become quite obvious to me that "Free Shipping = Nothing being shipped!" and that this companies end game is to sucker you into paying for the Shipping with Tracking option so they can make more money with inflated shipping costs! I have since read several reviews, and it appears this is quite common with free shipping, people not getting the items they paid for, or "Lost Mail" and this companies Customer Service taking forever to get back to you when submit any inquiries to your order! After 9 business days they had the nerve to send me an email asking me to leave a review for the order I made 14 days ago ( which I still have not received! ) So here is your review on day 15! If you want to get ripped off for $32, select free shipping, wait 10 business days and get nothing delivered, or be a sucker and pay their inflated tracking shipping option, so they have no excuse and have to sent out your order! It does NOT take 10 Business Days for Canada Post from Brampton to Toronto and it should never take 3 Business Days for a company to reply to inquires about an order from customers!
