Tour booked, tour confirmed 3 times, boarded the plane... no tour.

I booked a 1 day layover tour for my individual 1 day stopover in Ulaanbaatar.

The trip was booked 9 months before the trip, was confirmed 1months and 1week before departure.

When I contacted the company at the airport, because I could not check my luggage through to my destination, they offered me to participate in a half day tour for the same price, since they messed up the scheduling. If I had not called, it would have been a strange arrival in Ulaanbaatar.

This way, I could find a driver and had a good time. But mongoliatour is definitely not a trustworthy tour provider.
