Support for reestablishing my iCloud backup was premium.

This software is useless with no real support from the developer.
I previously reported several bugs in the 2025 version that were never addressed. Now, the software is no longer functioning, and I am being prompted to pay for an upgrade to the 2026 version to resolve these issues.

I find it unacceptable to pay for an upgrade when the version I purchased was never properly supported or fixed.

Moneyspire is as intuitive as it gets. Think you need to write a new check, initiate a new category, or reconcile your accounts? Well, there it is, right in front of you. Nothing hidden away in obscure corners requiring a thick manual. You can't go wrong with this one.

Major features all failed: import did not import accurately; cloud did not sync correctly. Performance was dismal. I would not recommend.

Great customer service. Like another reviewer, I inadvertently paid for the software twice and received a refund within the hour! A few general queries were answered that day. Very impressed with both the customer service and the software.

I have been using Moneyspire for about 4 years for Home Accounts. It is very user friendly and customer service is first class.

I bought MoneySpire because it did not require my info to be stored online. I never understood what the import function did, similar transactions for similar accounts were handled differently. Reporting functions are inflexible and inadequate. Some functions don't do anything. Handling of Investments are useless. Handling of bank, credit card transactions are OK but awkward.

The program would intermittantly stop downloading my bank information during the year and especially when purchasing the next year product. Sent several E mails and only response I got was that the engineers were working on it. That was in December 25. Still no reply from support. Program works as suggested otherwise but I will not use them in the future .

I was able to quickly get my issue resolved after just a few suggestions.

Good replacement for MS Money! Even old data could be migrated.

I am over 80 years old and really depend on downloading transactions but somehow i did something and couldn't download anymore. I called the banks, didn't help much spent alot of time on wait for next associate. So I emailed MoneySpire and recieved a prompt response and solution . They also did a follow up to make sure my problem was fixed. Thank You MoneySpire Sopport you are great!!!!

I have been using this software for 3.5 years now and absolutely love it. I had tried it all: Mint, Quicken, the Dave Ramsay system, etc., but this system does it all for someone like me who uses a ZBB (zero-based budgeting) method to track finances (income vs. expense to the penny). After setting up a monthly budget with categories, Moneyspire tracks everything as soon as I enter the transaction so that I know in an instant how much money I have left and to which budget category it belongs. And while I would prefer phone support, they do respond within 24 hours with detailed help. As long as Moneyspire "doesn't break what ain't broke," I will continue to use it and upgrade every couple of years. GREAT PRODUCT!

I have contacted Moneyspire about 20 in the last 90 days about not being able to contact to several banks. The do not seem to care or do not know how to resolve these issues. Poor Service totally incompetent!

I wanted a very simple program to manage my finance - old school checkbook balancing. Moneyspire is just what I was looking for. Simple & intuitive. The initial setup of adding accounts & bills was easy. It has the ability to connect with bank accounts, but I do not use this feature as I prefer to manually add income & expenses. And no annual subscription costs. If you are looking for simple Moneyspire is worth checking out.

I had an issue with double payment which I thought would just drag on with back and forth emails. However moneyspire responded within a short time and refunded what was owed to me pretty much straight away.

Upgrade DOES NOT WORK! I was forced to upgrade to keep my banking downloads working. $50 later, I have the new version of the software telling me I still need to upgrade to the new software.

Whilst not being an expert in the market of such systems, I find Moneyspire to meet my needs for my home accounting.

I have had the displeasure of having to interact with several Customer Services recently and almost all are like getting a root canal. Moneyspire's is actually good and I get good responses from them. Also it was very easy to contact them through email (my preference). I did not have to jump through a bunch of hoops, call, or do live chat first. Contact should be easy. Moneyspire seems to get this. Follow up: When I wrote this review I thought it was for my customer service experience, not the software itself. The software is good as well and I would recommend it. I was a long time Quicken user but that ended when I got a new computer and they only had the absurd forced subscriptions instead of an outright purchase.
