Moneygram sucks and they waste alot of your time , it’s not worth sending money through moneygram. They will verify the same recipient 10 times and waste hours on call. I just wanted to send money in 2 amounts and for every country they say “ it’s a risky country to send money so we are canceling it . I am really frustrated and very disappointed with their customer service. “0” stars for them.

I rate the service as 1 star! The support is horrible! They just don't care about the clients! I 've been trying to get my money for months! Use Western Union better than that company. You save money and nerves!

For older people to have more options, because we need to go back probably more than the younger folks.
I canceled the whole transaction because when I put in my state and I put in the same state as the receiving state money gram somehow changed it to Alabama and wouldn't let me change it back and that spooked my so I quit with my transaction because I thought your virtual assistant was not legitimate. So I got out of there right away. Cause I already gave my banking information and I got afraid.

I am happy as the questions were quick and straightforward. There were no delays in the processing of the transaction and the delivery time of the transaction. I loved the fact that there are multiple options for the receiver to collect/receive their money. I will definitely be using Moneygram again 100/10.
