Moneyback PPI (ceased trading 2019) 

i have been impressed with the speed and efficiency shown during my claim - staff have been more than helpful

Communication is poor. Some of the items I listed in original claim were missed. It took 2 emails complaining about this before i got a call from them. Person who called was great listened and was able to update me. Since then it's just gone back to indifference. Obviously with some success and yes more paperwork duplicated, instructions confusing st time. Different name on every letter just dont feel they are chasing on my behalf original claim started in September last year still processing stuff that should have gone sooner. Only reason I think one was dealt with so promptly was because the bank itself was quick in response and payment. Having the one handler would be the right way to go and better communication after all they are quick when it comes to invoicing arrived the same day as payment was made by bank. Hopefully I wont still be waiting for a reply in six months time to on going claims!!

I've only got good things to say about Moneyback PPI....
They have returned to me a lot of money that i didn't even think i would get back .

Simple, relatively cheap and efficient.

I used Moneyback PPI after been given advice to go with another company who had really poor reviews, I also heard that some companies continued to hassle you via endless phone calls, so I was a little concerned who I would use.
After reading the reviews on moneyback PPI I decided to given them a try.
They have been excellent, kept me updated throughout the process, didn't hassle me just gently reminders if they were waiting for a form to be sent back.
They advised me when they had received mine of correspondence from other companies and the money was paid as promised.
I would highly recommend this company they have been fantastic.

Moneyback PPI were able to successfully claim compensation from a bank that I held accounts with a long time ago. To be honest I never expected them to secure a positive result. They greatly exceeded my expectations. Excellent communicators at every part of the process. Very efficient, extremely transparent and really fair with their charges. I would recommend them in the strongest terms.

Great service all around, friendly and professional staff, I got my ppi back with in 2 to 3 months.

Through ill health in the family we couldnt keep up with your questions - therefore ended up receiving demanding emails threatening action if we didn't pay you over £230 - --- so instead of us expecting to maybe have some money - we ended up paying you!!! ---NOT HAPPY!!!

Very good communication from start to finish.Process was very easy.I simply provided my address histories and any details I could remember re bank loans and credit cards.That's all they needed and they were able to find several PPIs.Got back a nice chunk of money and their low fees ensured that we kept most of our award.Can not fault.They were excellent.
