Moneyback PPI (ceased trading 2019)

We were very pleased with the way Moneyback dealt with our claim. They kept us informed at all times and when we had questions they answered them quickly and efficiently.

No issues at all - very simple. Very easy to contact. Quick response. It took a while for the full process, but that’s the bank, not the company. Never tried with any other PPI company to compare, but happy with these guys.

A bit of paperwork digging required but otherwise an OK process. Good result.

really good service, initially there was too much filling out forms however I sent a load of previous addresses on a sheet and you kindly returned forms reprinted which saved a huge amount of work for me; it was greatly appreciated. Overall I can say this was a very good company which is clearly run by a great team.

Despite all the dark warnings about using PPI claims companies, I wholeheartedly recommend MoneybackPPI. I only put a claim in because a couple of colleagues were - I genuinely believed I'd never had PPI.

The claiming process was really simple and easy to understand and the team were helpful and professional throughout, answer all my stupid questions and generally keeping things moving. I put in 10 claims originally, of which 6 progressed and 4 were successful. In total I received over £5000 even AFTER I'd paid my commission to MoneybackPPI.

The commission rate is 10% of your gross claim. For me that worked out at about 12.5% of the net amount I received and in my opinion they were worth every penny. Bear in mind some companies are charging over 30%!

Honestly, I can't fault them. I just wish they had a some kind of reward scheme for referrals because I'd have made a ton of money by now!

Whilst the people I dealt with were professional and helpful. Going through a third party added an additional touch point making it a very slow process and request for documentation I submitted previously multiple times. It took 8 months to resolve, however when I went through resolver for a different claim only took two as dealing direct
