Incoming bank charges
The only bank which charge you for deposit money. Using monese from 4 years but now they started charging while top up or incoming bank transfer. Going to close account.

For customers on the paid plan, incoming transfers are free.

They charged me a whopping £4.99 for…
They charged me a whopping £4.99 for the card. Then they charged me £2.50 for the plan and a commission. I didn't even have time to open an account and I'm already almost £10 short. It just happened for no reason. I wanted to install the app on another phone, but they blocked me. And there's no way to contact them. I'm shocked. It turns out they scammed me and blocked me. There's no live chat or phone number. Only an email address where they take months to respond. I don't recommend this scam to anyone. Be careful when scamming people!
