I've been trying to get a hold of…

I've been trying to get a hold of someone so that I can claim royalties that are owed to me, I only simply need to change my email that I originally signed up with because I no longer have access to it, but it is like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with someone. Please help.

Octiive are just stealers

Octiive are just stealers. There was a reason they had to rename Mondotunes to octiive as their old name was fully burned already. In the Moment you make some money they will block your Account and invent some reason to keep the money. Stay away from them there are so many other good distribution companies.

Worst experience of my life!

Worst experience of my life!
I've been working with Octiive for 6 months, I've made 3500$ in royalties, but received 0.
When contacted they give up stupid excuses such as:
"We don't have the data that proves this money is yours" and try to feed you some other bull*hit such as: "Check-In again in 2 months".

Completely horrible company DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
I recommend DistroKid and TuneCore.
They don't steal your money and scam you.

And now after they’ve seen my review they try to act up like they’re a legit company and they’re here to assist me. Don’t trust this company even with a dollar, because they will guarantee steal all your money as soon as you request to withdraw it, and this isn’t just me, they did it to 3 of my friends as well, unless you’re looking to get into a legal fight with them about your money don’t start working with them in the beginning and do your self a favor.

Previously upset, now allayed and understanding

Despite all the poor reviews, I can confirm the Octiive team is a small group of musicians who care about their clients and are trying their absolute best! Any large industry has hurdles put up by the big players, and the music industry is certainly no different. The difficulty in navigating these hurdles is likely what leads to many customer's dissatisfaction with Octiive. This is the reality of distribution services offered for ridiculously cheap prices: the companies don't have spare resources they can commit to every situation. We are super grateful for all the resources Octiive committed to supporting us when we needed it.

If you want a 100% guarantee you will be promptly and fully supported, there are options open for that (like CD Baby), but it is reflected in the cost (more upfront + 9% of your royalties). If you are okay with receiving just the basic services and can have a little patience when extra support is needed, the Octiive team makes your $40/year go a long way in what they do.

You can trust them

The team is a good honest team that does its best to satisfy its customers. I had a huge problem of royalties, octiive helped me and provided me with all the proofs that I asked for.
I was very angry and frustrated with the situation but they showed remarkable transparency and patience.
Big plus for Craig the head of artist support, for being clear, patient and transparent.

This company lies

This company lies. There release are late and they dont distribute to 600 stores. I asked for a store list and they sent me something from 2013. Besides the itunes and spotify most of the retailers were out of business. Tried asking and days later received a response that had nothing to do with what i asked. I even went to directly to the retailers they claimed to go to and my song wasnt there.

Total joke and sham.

The Harsh truth about Octiive.

If we are reviewing this product lets do it right. Octiive is a distribution tool. Is my music online? Yes. Is my music in 600 stores plus major retailers? Yes. All major apps that we can utilize on our smartphone or laptops yes you are on those. Now for the 600 plus stores its hard to search those due to our IP address or geolocation. But if you expand your google search without ommited results you will be suprised to find yourself in foreign markets easy. CDbaby, tunecore, landr, amuse, ditto, and whatever else you can think of is not as simple or as easy as octiive. Octiive is cheaper and does way more. As far as royalties go if you feel like there is something fishy goin on then use the support email. I dont agree with them not having a number but when you deal with soooo many coustomers email support is best. They answer any and every silly question i have. It is a Superb distribution tool. The only problem is they need 24/7 live support if they had that this would be an Exceptional tool. You want Distribution? Octiive is the best for you.

So far so good the customer service…

So far so good the customer service through email is good from what I experienced. I like that this company offer unlimited uploads and the largest distribution including Asia! I am new to MondoTunes but I dont think I will have any problems with payouts because I have a publishing administrator to watch that (and every independent artist should have that anyways). I don't have any complaints with this company as a new client. So far i'm happy with their customer service and all of the benefits that they offer which is on point!!!!!!

I have been waiting over 6 months to…

I have been waiting over 6 months to collect royalties. They are acrued over a couple of years and are a couple if hundred bucks. I looked up the records and days they have been paying to a different PayPal account. Have demanded the records for transactions be forwarded. Nearly a week and now there are no further replies to my messages. This Money was pledged to humanitarian efforts...I just hope they reap what they sow...looks like a scam/fraudulent.

Btw I'm not the only one...search octiive or mondotunes for filed complaints at better business bureau.

They blocked me from logging in to my …

They blocked me from logging in to my account to collect the rest of my royalties because I opt out from enrolling their new package deal charging $40 annually. Since I didn't want to enroll to their new program, they were going to remove my music from their distributions. But the deal was that I can still log on to my account to check for any left of my royalties.

I updated to 4 stars. They response to my email promptly. Now I am able to log on to my account. Thank you!

They Had my Royalites on Hold for …

They Had my Royalites on Hold for months and it gathered all the way upto $304.53 dollars and they said they will sent them to my paypal and still they havent done it ive asked them to take down one of my albums and they never did its really upsetting me

Although we had contacted the artist on multiple occasions regarding account issues, we never received a response. Also, the artist never provided notice regarding removing their releases or requesting a payout.

100% Trusted Music Distributor!!!

Good company better than Ditto all day long,

I trust them 100% because I receive money from them regularly, there pricing plans have changed so you can release as much as you want, for set yearly fee of $39 may suit people with alot of music, if you only have a few tracks it might not be worth it. it depends on the artist.

i also have used Ditto, iv not seen a penny from them, completely unrealistic not even 1p for a stream, i know they are untrustworthy because i even purchased my own track and it never showed up!!!

Mondotunes is my personal favourite and bandcamp is also a good trusted option.
