momondo Reviews 

Momondo used to be the best place to search for the best prices. Now it's awful. It never gives you the best prices. I just search for a flight from Lisbon to Munich. Momondo says the best price is 238€. I can find much cheaper prices on easyJet, TAP, etc.

Used to like this service, but I don’t anymore.
By default they offer flights for the next month which is very confusing.
Momondo promotes some ticket agents who are not fair at all.
Never again.

Be careful we were redirect from momondo to flight network and got our flights cancelled last minute and charge a fee to get a refund. Flight network are pirates and momondo where the ones to redirect us there so be careful of momondo also

Hi, have just ordered a travel to Canada where it was listed to 5050DKK (Travelgenio), when the payment is to be done the ticket suddenly changes to almost 6000DKK, I can be contacted: cvp7181(at) outlook.com.

I had a response from Travelgenio, they claim its the creditcard i use!!!, That's the worst excuse i have ever heard..., it said nothing about what creditcard to use.....

Thieves! Years ago they have chosen to go bankrupt leaving lots of travellers in chaos! No emails no phones, disappeared!!! people had to pay to hotels again to carry on their stays otherwise kicked out of hotels! When you do bookings ,They keep the money rather than transferring to hotels so do not book with them! I m amazed they are being let operated again!!!!

Couldn’t be happier! Booked a flight to Miami for our cruise during Easter break. We are a family of (5) and I couldn’t find decent (cheap) airfare anywhere on the typical travel sites. So I tried Momondo. The best move ever. At first it seemed a little sketchy, and the reviews were all over the place. So I was nervous at first, but everything couldn’t have worked out better. I saved a lot of money for direct flights and couldn’t be happier. Don’t believe all the bad reviews out there. I will absolutely use momondo again. Thanks Momondo!!!!

No any official information on their web page but Momondo has excluded Russia from the search. This is already not restrictions but discrimination of all people who are connected in someway to Russia.

That was my favoritre service for years. But now I can get prices for flights to Moscow.
I feel this action discriminating my rights for the information. So I will never be back again.

Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. They negotiate fares for plane tickets but do not follow through. We got totally screwed and lost 18 hours of a vacation. Anyone who has you sign a docusign for plane tickets is a red flag. Cheap deal tickets is the same company.

Referred me to Opodo, with whom I had the worst travel booking experience of my life.

Momondo is part of the problem. My ticket from Cape Town 28/11 to Nairobi/Mombasa was cancelled because I didn’t fill requirements of fully vaccinated. Nothing of this had been communicated on Kenya Airways or Kenya- or Swedish embassy web pages. So 1/2 of Eur 600 I paid for the round trip ticket should be refunded. But this criminal company called Travelgenio decided to pocket that money instead of refunding me! This was their answer: “Thank you for contacting us. In reply to your request we inform you that partial refund is not allowed. Thank you for contacting us”.
In addition I would say that Momondo as well as Kenya Airways are equally responsible for stealing my money using a shady agent in boosting their own revenue. And I will never use your services again. Shame on u!!!

Serious BS! They sent me to Travellink after showing me the price for a round trip. I was in the checkout process, already gone through the most of the booking and even typed in the card information. And in the very moment I clicked on "Pay", the price gets updated from 1900 DKK to 3700 DKK. That's totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Get your partnerships sorted out!

I appreciate this is a free to use comparison site , but if the providers they link to are purposely misleading ( as the numerous bad reviews attest to ) it makes the Momondo pretty much useless .

Don't think I'll bother using in the future .

9 out of 10 the price is never the same from momondo to the seller.. waste of time and it’s a shame…

I was going buy momendo apps airline tickets on the apps come up £2090 pounds then I have spoken to momendos appointed travel agent they that ticket is gone if you want to travel with flights you have selected cost you £7500 pounds then have spoken to airline company that day seat are available the travel agent you have spoken they’re laying to for more money I have if anyone wants use momedo very careful they can asked you for more money again and again. Not only that I have spoken to two of your staff they are laying speak like cheating I am running business from last 30years I have lots of experience about bad and fake people

I’ve had a terrible experience with this app. I bought a ticket in this app, the sevice provider was mytrip. Two days After buying the ticket they sent me an email thy the flight changed and if I should change the date of ticket. Then they asked me to pay 30 Euro as an assisstant fee, I refused and I asked to cancel my flight and they deducted 30 Euro to cancel my flight. They even didn’t tell me when the refund will be in mu account. Right now I didn’t receive any money yet and I think they don’t take back my money!
I advice you to not using these kinds of applications because there are many service providers there which are scammer or at least with a terrible customer service

Prices are wholly inaccurate - as soon as you click through to purchase, the price is much higher. Completely useless.

This is rubbish upps do not use it I just both a tickets for my family cost me 700£ now I can't find nothing no reference number no flight and the money goes to opoodo pleas poepl don't bay from them you will lose just your money.
