This site is a scam! I have reported it and currently considering legal action for countless stolen t-shirt designs and images from my company and presenting them as their own. Please do not buy from this company as it is a complete scam!

Their instructions for returns are false. There is no customer service on their website and even if there were, the customer has to pay for the return postage. I wish I had checked out these reviews before buying. It’s a good thing the clothes are so cheap because there is no hope of getting money back. The quality of cloth and sewing is shoddy and my sizes did not fit.

wish I'd read these reviews before buying from them...after everyone's experience I won't try returning anything...the clothes are such poor quality and nothing like the images ...took 6 weeks to arrive...will not buy from them again!!

Happily took my money and never shipped the goods. I got a bogus tracking number when requested and have been fobbed of with lies ever since.

I had a similar experience to other reviewers relating to returns and refunds etc ....I purchased a dress which upon receipt fell well short of expectation and I wished to return the item. The retailer makes access to their returns mechanism difficult, they ignore emails and generally delay whilst imposing a time limited return period..... I returned the item but did not receive a refund .... I will not purchase from this retailer again.

This site should be shut down I wish I seen this before order a dress for then I have sent 2 e-mails and their customer service is appalling they have not responded so I feel I am going to be stuck with a dress that does not fit and see through and I do not want .
They finally responded once the 15 day return policy was up saying two late for a refund even though I said I all informed them on more that once occasion. They offered 15% of my next order as if I would buy anything from them again I don't think so.

Same issues as everyone else - poor fit shoes, no access to easy returns, offered 10% compensation if I don't send them back then offered 25% next time I emailed. Diabolical.

Only clicked one star as i had to. Would give minus 5 stars if i could! Absolutely diabolical company to deal with...DO NOT ORDER from. I ordered 2 identical tops, only one was delivered and the quality was shocking, not to mention size indifference! Other top still not arrived 4 weeks after order. Raised a dispute woth paypal... company say they would give me 10% refund of item recieved...despite happily having taken money for 2 items!!!! Am not likely to get any money back so therefore £36 wasted. Not the end of the world but it is the principle. Paypal have said if i post the item back (costing me nearly £7.00 additionally), once it has been marked as recieved, i then get my money back... for the 1 top less postage. Thats even if it gets marked as recieved! AVOID AVOID !!!!

Well,made a big mistake in not looking on reviews first but the clothes looked decent enough and they did larger sizes.Ok,so,the top arrived this morning.It had the weight and size of a cotton pillowcase.Looked big enough but when I tried it on,it resembled a stripey sack,plus it was tight around the hips.It actually has the thickness of tissue paper.The item stated it was linen mix,but it was actually made of polyester and cotton.And it took almost 3 weeks to comeBought this in the sale and time postage was added,I paid over £25 for it.Total bloody rip off! Feel very annoyed,but hey,at least I have some new dusters,lol.Dont bother with this place.All the clothing has probably been knocked up in China for £2.

This company has robbed me of my money. Their website advertised a quality item in linen and what arrived is not fit to wash the floor with in flimsy poly/cotton, terrible stitching and not even the right size or colour! They refused to provide a return label, they refused to pay return postage, they refused a refund and now paypal has refused to pay out either. Disgusted and out of pocket. I hope someone somewhere reads this and chooses not to buy from them and save the heartache and loss of money I have suffered.

They sell knock-offs made of poor-quality materials and use images from other brands and online stores to advertise them. They falsely label their products as well.

SCAM!!! I don't think I have ever bothered to write a review before however this is disgusting. I came across this website via Pinterest, the clothing looked beautiful and high quality however this is complete false advertising. I was expecting a thick linen, beautifully shaped dress and I received a horrible cheap polyester dress that didn't fit in the slightest, all of the proportions were out of whack and the stitching it horrible. I spent $80 on this dress, I would expect this if I spent under $50 but this is horrendous. Avoid!

Sadly I echo all the below reviews, crazy how this company is allowed to trade.
Only one of my four items arrived of which was poor quality.
Offered 15% refund to keep the item, no mention that the other items were out of stock or when they were likely to be back in stock but quick to take my money for them.
They pick and choose when to respond to your e-mails, awaiting refund but not holding my breathe..
Have escalated with my creditcard company but something needs done about this website, needs shut down asap.

Placed and order at 11pm but afterwards I read reviews so decided to cancel my order well within 24hours (read their website it says all orders cancelled within 24hours will receive a full refund) I received an email the next day to say it was too late and my order had been shipped so I couldn't get a refund. AVOID

In touch with my credit card company because I do not want this order and cancelled within a reasonable time.

Like the others, I was taken in by the beautifully presented goods on Momomew website which looked authentic and I placed an order for a linen dress. What eventually arrived bore no resemblance to the goods pictured. Cheap nasty polyester reproduction... Returns and customer services was a nightmare and expensive. They offered to take 15% off so I could use to fund alteration...sell to a friend for 20% off.. 25% off to avoid cost of return postage...unbelievable. Ultimately and conveniently my package was “lost” in the post...so no refund 50 emails later. Don’t waste your money or time...DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

I really wish I had found this website with the reviews for this company as I was also badly ripped off. Fake Saltwater Sandals and £20 poorer for postage. Lots of emailing and chasing. I’m gutted I fell for this scam. I have a genuine pair and compared both - the real deal is of course far superior. Has anyone actually notified Saltwater Sandals about these counterfeits? Avoid this company like the plague.

Don't be misled by the photos, the quality of the material used is very poor indeed and it is virtually impossible to return the items. Very difficult to get any response from them at all and you'll end up accepting a paltry 15% refund. Avoid.

Do not order from this site. It is awful. Ordered shoes which when arrived were fakes. I followed the returns policy & 6 weeks later I have still not got my refund. Over 40 emails back & forth & still no refund. I have now raised a case with econsumer.gov to report unfair trading practices.
So please please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It should be shut down.

If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. I ordered 3 items. Pants were capris instead of long pants. They tried to offer me a 10% refund and for me to sell them myself to save shipping. Other 2 items were listed as linen and are extremely thin, cheap polyester. I had to pay $20 to ship items back. 3 months later, they claim to have still not received them to give me a refund. I honestly don’t expect they will give me one. Sending wrong item, lying on advertisements, trying to get me to keep and sell items, now basically refusing to give me a refund—this is the absolute worst mail order company of any kind that I have ever dealt with. Avoid them if you value your money unless you feel like making a donation to a for profit company. Chances are none of what you buy will be usable and you will be unable to get your money back.
