I was lucky to hear James deliver his keynote talk "Be yourself, Not them. Be here, Not when" at a PSA Scotland event. He is a natural storyteller who uses his own personal story to deliver some strong and actionable messages. I loved how he spoke about the past and how it can define who you are but also who you aren't. And it can also shape what you both do and don't want in life. He gave some really practical tips about goal setting but more importantly to me was staying true to our values whilst remaining as present and grounded as we can. Highly recommended

I had the great pleasure of first meeting James when I had recently left my role, was venturing into the world of self-employment and we were working as Associates together. He was a super mentor in those early days, showing me the ropes, guiding me through observations and so much more.
