A reliable company for fast delivery, and their website is a good place to look for items not found elsewhere.
The ordering is easy, and the website is easy to navigate.

The only issue I have is that the prices look good only until checkout, when tax is added, often making them more expensive than other retailers.

Great products but the most frustrating website in the world! Payment gateways always fail and the website is always so slow. Genuinely dread ordering my dog food every month. In this day and age it should be straightforward to order online! Now trying to find an alternative.

Difficult to navigate. Search is too word specific. If you don’t know the exact name of product the search engine is a bit unforgiving.
Had a discount offered but the tax was taken off discount. What I thought was a good bargain was more expensive

Everyone was so helpful, everything ready and loaded straight into the back of the car. Good to know, for Bridgewater, the click and collect is past the store, turn right and down to the end other side of the roundabout.
Great prices potting grit, farmyard manure and magic mulch. Definitely worth the short drive down the M5.

Placed an order but had a slight issue with the courier, phoned customer service and spoke with Gary who was extremely efficient, even called me back with a solution and item arrived the next day. First class service.

The outer plastic bag was puncture as was the inner brown paper bag containing the chicken pellets so I now have a problem for storage.

I ordered a day earlier online for collection in store. I went to the store following day in Cambridge and the order was already collected. I had not received an email yet for collection but the staff was very helpful they checked it was ready and loaded the items into my car. I visited two different stores and I found very friendly staff at both places. The prices for chicken feed are very reasonable. Thank you.

I use Mole Valley all the time as we have horses and recently needed to renew fencing. Everything in stock or easy to order in. Staff so helpful they even sawed some wood I couldn't fit in my car.
