This factor immediately heightened my trust level. He corrected my mistaking of mildew in the bathroom and efflorescence in the basement concrete block wall for mold thereby again eliminating work that a more dishonest company might have added to its work order.
When the work order came, I was able to negotiate changes based on what I could afford at the time.
