You contacted us by telephone, and during that call, your conduct was aggressive, abusive, and wholly unacceptable.
For clarity, MOGO is not a scam. The delivery issue arose because an incomplete or incorrect address was entered when the order was placed by yourself, and the parcel was sent accordingly. This was not a failing on our part, you entered incomplete information and any claim that we acted fraudulently is entirely false.
More seriously, during your call you made threatening remarks about coming to our premises and assaulting staff. We will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour towards our team under any circumstances.
We are always prepared to assist customers with genuine issues, but once threats of violence are made, that opportunity ends.
You have therefore been blacklisted from further service, and given the seriousness of the threats made, we are also inclined to report this matter to your local licensing authority, as behaviour of this nature is extremely concerning and raises legitimate concerns about how you interact with members of the public in a role that involves responsibility for passenger wellbeing and safety.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I ordered an “Extra Adjustable Rear Taxi Plate Holder” last Thursday and even paid an extra £6.95 for fast shipping, expecting a smooth and prompt delivery. Instead, I’ve been left completely disappointed and frustrated.
Not only has the service failed to meet expectations, but their customer support is even worse. I called them twice to resolve the issue, and both times I was told they would call me back—yet they never did. No follow-up, no update, nothing. It feels like once they’ve taken your money, they simply don’t care.
This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online purchase. Poor communication, unreliable service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone

When our customer service agent spoke with you earlier in the week, they discussed an issue with your order processing which had caused it to error in our system. During that call, they confirmed with you that you would prefer the order to be cancelled and fully refunded, rather than reprocessed and shipped.
This refund was issued the same day, though it can take a few working days to appear back in your account.
Our customer service team did attempt to return your call yesterday, but were unfortunately unable to get through to you at that time. We apologise that you feel they did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

straight forward
the thing i would recommend is... the staff need to have the data base of what plate fits what car cause people who are starting up need help and so on but small things cause a massive inconvenience
