I had a severely negative experience with Moglix regarding order # 6179759 placed on 10.03.2025. The Shoes & Lights I received only half of my order. I contacted customer service on 25.03.2025 via email and their response was totally pathetic and illogical. Despite providing all the photos and videos of what we have received along with order confirmation, the issue remains Unresolved unsatisfactorily. This has resulted us financial loss. I would caution others to carefully consider before making a purchase from Moglix.

I purchased a Student microscope from moglix and it is defective with the glass being cracked and image is distorted with dots.
They are not inclined to returning or replacing the product inspite of me making 3 return requests they simply erase my requests and revert back to delivered.
The return policy is not followed

a *CP PLUS E25A SMART WIFI CAMERA* from *MOGLIX Website.* The product was ₹1549 cheaper on MOGLIX than amazon. So, I ordered it from *MOGLIX* . this product *WAS* *DEFFECTIVE* and I tried to return it. And their return policy is so complex and pathetic that I will never ever purchase any product from MOGLIX again. I told them the problems that I was facing and then they told me to contact the supplier and the supplier, in turn, told me to contact MOGLIX, . *Moglix* said that I'd go to the nearest service centre And finally, I had to forcefully compromise with the product. The same product on Amazon was 2 days returnable, even if you don't like the product you can return it, but on MOGLIx forget about returns.

So, ever going to purchase anything online, go for Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra only.

Rest all websites work on debt-trap strategy. They will first give you a reasonable discount and once you buy it, then you cannot do anything, whether it is defective or not, you will have to keep it.
See their website you will hardly find zero, one, or two-star ratings on any product because they either filter the bad ratings or do not show them on UI.

I will recommend you to shell out some extra money and stay on the safe side.

Moglix is useless and fraud.

Created a order with them, and after making me wait for a few days they cancelled the order. No reason from them as to why and no refund yet
