Bought a watch in Nov if 25

Bought a watch in Nov if 25. It stopped working and they have refused to warranty the watch. They emailed me back once saying ‘ you didnt ordee from us’ even tho it was through the offical website contact feature. Also same email exchange used for my order. They closed down soon after the start of the year and had many similar complaits like mine and only recently are they back up again selling watches, the warranty is bogus. The watch drop shipped from China as the tracking info had shown. 0/10 stars for service. I was scammed out of $290
